Dr. Rutter recommended an epidural for my chronic back pain. The procedure was performed yesterday and all went well.

Wonderful doctors and nurses. They care about your health so much. Very polite and understanding of your needs.

Doctor Rutter has been my physician and surgeon for many years. He performed several surgeries on me. He is a wonderful physician, warm and caring, which is quite unusual to find today. I have recommended him to family and friends and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care.

Torn meniscus. Dr Rutter is very personable and professional. I have recommended him to numerous people.

Dr. Rutter was very kind and concern about the issue I was being seen for and explained the MRI results well and helped me to understand what was best for me at this time.

Five stars are not enough. I highly recommend Dr. Rutter and his team. I have broken so many bones over the years and know that I’ll always get the best of care with Dr. Rutter.

I've seen Chad for two different situations. His diagnosis for both was spot on and the plan for rehab was tailored to my specific needs and situation. Not only do I think OSS is the best around, but Chad is one of the best docs there as well.

I have been dealing with a shoulder/upper back problem for years & have been to other doctors & chiropractors. Dr. Rutter & OSS have been the only ones who were able to finally figure it out.

Diagnosis was spot on! Treatment for my hip went well. 1 day after injection and my pain level is 85 percent less.

Great services Dr. Rutter is great you can talk to him about your treatment. I'm well pleased with the services .

Everyone from nurses and doctors treated me very well and with courtesy. Things were explained thoroughly. I was very pleased with everything. A pleasant visit.

Doctor ask relevant questions and provided me with various solutions so I could be comfortable. Dtook the time to answer questions and concerns about different options which allowed me to feel good about my choice of treatment.

Doctor Rutter is a very good surgeon and has helped me through an accident on November of 2019 . My left side was messed up and having had surgery in 2005 on my neck , this last surgery really helped me get some relief of left side.

I was expecting a push towards surgery but instead Dr. Rutter answered all of my questions, recommended that I go home to consider a steroid shot and encourage to keep doing what I have been doing

As has been my experience with OSS for the past (5) years, the staff is great, wait times are reasonable & the outcomes have been excellent. For a change, I had a Doctor that explained what my injury was and went over my X-ray and MRI with me. Great bedside manner and I would recommend highly recommend him to anyone who would need this type of medical assistance.

A knowledgeable group of professionals, friendly staff and efficient. A clean and well equipped environment.

Everyone was great, very organized , used all safety measures from the moment I came in. The wait was short and Dr. Rutter explained what to expect, what options I had , was very professional, and very friendly. This visit exceeded my expectations.

Top notch experience. I had a severely pulled muscle in my back during this crazy pandemic. Nice clean building, very nice staff (efficient, care about your time there, you don't sit in a waiting room for a long time nor do you sit in a room for a long time) respectful all around, answer all questions and take pandemic protocols serious. Great experience for a guy that dislikes going to the Doctor's or asking for help. Would recommend to family and friends. Top notch experience. I had his PA Dr. Jamison. He was very encouraging in telling me I will recover from numbness due to sciatica nerve pain. He didn't even mention back surgury which made me feel even better knowing I had a doctor who wanted to try everything else before putting surgery as an option. World class care for sure!

I was very impressed with the efficiency of the staff and the ease of scheduling and check-in process. Dr. Rutter made me feel very at ease, diagnosed my problem quickly and initiated a good plan of care to reduce my pain. I’m glad I chose OSS and Dr. Rutter.

He took xrays on my husband's back and needed a clearer view of the area affected. He is getting an MRI. I am glad he did not try to guess. He will reserve assessment until he can see what is going on. I'm comfortable with his care so far.

I had suffered a Cervical Spine Injury which created 4 Herniated Discs. The initial injury was due to an incident while serving in the United States Marines. Dr. Rutter pointed out calcified bone and damage that would have occurred during the initial incident. The final straw that broke my back, figuratively speaking, was caused while working 25ft underground for a Specialized Construction Team. Dr. C.M. Rutter and the OSS Health Team was extremely professional and went out of their way to tend to any needs and care. Dr. Rutter was honest, thorough, and very easy to talk to with any concerns during the entire process. The OSS Health Team I encountered during the surgery and while in recovery were above and beyond all expectations!!! Nursing Staff from adjoining care stations even assisted me with discomfort and pain management. I highly recommend this team for any Spinal work that may be needed. My experience mirrored Ms Horowitz. The PA looked at my x-ray, briefly palpated one area of my back. He then commented on my previous fall; insinuating that I fell deliberately. At 59 years of age, two knee replacements and one revision, I hardly have time for games. Absolutely horrendous and unacceptable. I too canceled my follow up appointment. A complete waste of time. Was having back issues and did the research to select a back doctor I felt would best meet my needs. Decided on Dr. Rutter and specifically scheduled an appointment with him. Dr Rutter did my back surgery and I am 110% better. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him in a a heartbeat.

Dr. Rutter did a wonderful job on my knee replacement. Is a kind and caring doctor. Would recommend to others.

Dr. Rutter is exceptional. He is efficient! When he looked at my MRI he explained everything that was going on with my spine. I had spinal stenosis and he offered me treatment. I told him I did not want a band aid. Surgery was my best option. With my spinal canal closed of at 75% at the L4/5 level and the pain I was having in my legs I was ready for the procedure. The nsurance company made it challenging to get the surgery approved but dr Rutgers staff went above and beyond.

Dr. Chad Rutter repaired the rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder, he did a wonderful job getting my full range of motion back, I am very pleased with my out come. Dr. Rutter also explained how the Workers Comp process worked since I wasn't familiar with it.

Dr Rutter performed a Laminectomy and it went VERY well. From start to post - op,it went much better than expected. The good Doctor was very compassionate while professional In answering All my questions & concerns since I was solo going through this. I had no Hesitation in trusting him with my eventual well being. I only wish I had done it sooner. From my experience, I researched and select fully picked a very talented professional Doctor who has made me pain free. Don't hesitate.

obviously done this a few times. he explained what would happen and what to expect afterwards. the whole experience was exactly as advertised.

I can't say enough good about Dr. Rutter and his staff. He explained the options available to me, pros and cons of each option. When I chose surgery it was scheduled quickly and on the day of surgery he explained what was going to be done. Follow ups were always on time and most days was out of his office prior to my appointment time. I would highly recommend Dr. Rutter.

Dr Rutter diagnosed me with spinal degenerative disease and confirmed there are no surgical or pain management procedures that will help. Knowing I cannot take ansaids because of chronic gastritis Dr Rutter still smugly refused to write a prescription for tramadol, ( a non-narcotic pain killer). Despite his sworn Hippocratic oath to "apply ....all measures which are required" to help sick patients he will not give pain medications. Not even non-narcotics. Don't go to him!

He had little to no history on me and made the statement I am too much of a "high risk" for surgery
