Dr. Chad M Messina

I've suffered from chronic lower back pain for over 20 years and Dr. Messina has been a miracle worker. I started seeing him 8-9 months ago now. My back pain has been almost non-existent since, and the couple times it has acted up, the pain went away so much faster than before I started seing him. Furthermore, Dr. Messina is a health and fitness guru and has a wealth of advice on diet and exercise routines. He has shown me proper posture for doing various exercises, as well as for managing day to day tasks that unknowingly put pressure on the spine. What really resonated well with me, though, is that when I started seeing him, I was pretty out of shape. It wasn't until a couple months after I started seeing him that I decided to start working out. And while he has been very motivating and helpful in my ongoing weight loss journey, I was really impressed that he never once pressured me to lose weight until I told him myself that I was trying. Since then, he has been so eager to provide advice and support. So not just an excellent chiropractor, but a great coach and just a general good guy. I highly recommend.

I am a 53 yr old active male, former bodybuilder, with degenerative arthritis. I have sought chiropractic treatment for over 30 years, because my situation is chronic, and I had come to a place to accept pain and managing it, as a fact of life. I have found chiropractors, in general, genuinely care about their patients, but Dr. Messina goes the extra mile. He took the time to explain my affliction, the appropriate treatment, has a very gentle approach to very effective adjustments, and incorporates stretching, active release, and exercise advise as part of his protocol. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and safe. He has also helped me overcome bicep and adductor injuries, intermittent shoulder pain, and ankle misalignment. THANK YOU DR. I’ve been seeing Dr Messina for a few months now for a back injury. Within three visits I was able to sit, walk for a prolonged period of time and sleep without back pain waking me up. I decided to also take my daughter who is a JO gymnast. She had ankle pain and is was interfering with her movements. Within two visits she has no ankle pain. She loves seeing him weekly now. I gave Dr Chad a five star review view which I subsequently recind. When I went to him for care I asked if I needed an X-RAY or MRI he said in 14 years of practice he's never needed those tools. He removed my symptoms for a short while. Long story short I went to another chiropractor who immediately got me an MRI. I had terminal cancer in my spine and bones. IMO His treatment could have paralysed me. I gave Dr Chad a five star review view which I subsequently recind. My mom has been a patient for a decade, she raved about Dr. Messina so much I had to be seen. I now go once a week and don’t struggle with chronic pain anymore. Highly recommend.

I sustained an injury that had limited me from my active lifestyle where I enjoy running and crossfit. I had tried physical therapy and muscular therapy for months, where I felt little improvement. My frustration grew because I could not participate in the physical activities I loved to do. I currently work as a rehabilitation technician in a physical therapy office and will begin a masters program for Physician Assistant this fall, so I never considered seeing a chiropractor. I finally decided to try Dr. Messina after my Crossfit Coach had recommended him. After just one visit, I felt an instant improvement. After just a few visits I have now returned to all the activities I enjoy after months of experiencing pain! I had told my co-workers that include Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants about my treatment. They were blown away by his treatment and knowledge to the point where they now refer their own physical therapy patients to see him.
