Chad Clause and his team are absolutely phenomenal!! My brother broke his ankle and after leaving the emergency room he was very nervous about everything. Mr. Clause took time out of his evening to make sure he got Prestley in the very next morning! Chad and his whole team explained everything to Prestley and had him in and out quickly. Prestley is now on the fast road to recovery and is overly thankful that he went with the best of the best! Chad not only makes sure you understand everything, he also puts your mind at ease! He is absolutely phenomenal and we would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Clause treated me for Plantar Fasciitis. He was friendly, informative and gave me options on best treatment. After two days I was walking pain free again. Dr Clause called the next day to check on me. I definitely will recommend him to my friends.

Didn’t even get a first appointment because this place is so unprofessional. Have MULTIPLE confirmations my appointment was for 4:30, show up at 4:10 and was told the doctor left for the day because my appointment was at 4. Very efficient nurses and office personnel. Very friendly and prompt. Dr. Clause was awesome and answered all my questions. Nothing but good things to say about the whole experience!

Chad Clause is not qualified to be a podiatrist. He need to be a Gardner. Work with plants and not human lives. He will mangle u. Lost of toes. Non agressive treatment for infections. U become permanently disabled,lost of flexing of ankle and foot.poor bedside manager. I warn u who read this not to trust this no caring doctor.

Been coming to Dr Clause for years for foot problems, and he always solves the problem. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

Walked in to my appointment on crutches… limped out on my own 2 feet. Has help me manage foot pain I have been fighting for years!

Dr. Claus is an awesome doctor. He is very helpful and professional. Anytime I need him, he’s always there. His staff is very nice and sweet specially Claudia at the Webster location. I have recommended Dr. Claus to so many people for his outstanding work.

My wife had surgery and it went well on a Friday but she asked for her medication to be sent to a pharmacy here locally and then decided to send it 45 minutes away because it was "cheaper" then instead of her requested pharmacy. They also called her during surgery to pick up the medication and never knew until she looked at her voice-mail and itvwas too late to get it.. Tried to have it changed to the pharmacy here in town but to no prevail. No communication at all. Horrible service on that end for sure. So she sits here in severe pain with no medication for it. I encourage people to find another doctor! Do not trust and rely Chad Clause. He is the most uncaring, rude, non aggressive doctor. His pts are only a means to make money .I will never independently walk again. Non aggressive I treatment, but when a doctor can say I don't remember anything about your surgery, get away quickly. When u loose toes,And life quality leave his practice.

Terrible communication the whole staff was terrible and the way I was treated was unprofessional i felt like a number here at this location I will never give them my hard earned money or ever recommend this Dr. Clause to anyone he made me feel very uncomfortable . I have been to see Dr. Clause since he was in a different office location a few years ago and everytime was good. Bedside manner, waiting, insurance, front desk service. They have been excellent and professional in handling different foot issues.

Dr Clause has really help my ankles hurting and takes time to explain things to you. Autheridus is hard to cope with and pain really hurts to walk. He started giving me shot in ankles and for a couple month afterwards no pain. Highly recommend him.

My first visit with Dr. Clause was amazing he took one look at xray and spotted the problem and corrected in a timing matter. His staff at the Clear Lake office is amazing and friendly. I would recommend him and his staff any time

I had surgery done in 2014 for bone spurs he messed me up for life I am only 40 and can't stand or walk or dangle my feet for than 5 minutes at a time. He fractured my foot during surgery. Still having surgery still because of him

Dr. Clause and his staff are very friendly and helpful. He takes the time to explain the problem and the treatment. He was very kind and gentle with my mother who had dementia and had to see him for her nail issues.

Was horrible not only am I still having surgery from him messing my left foot up I've had to have a huge tendon removed to ease the pressure on my left foot not only did he leave town after my surgeries but he fractured my left foot put a screw in it and it didn't take went back in for another surgery to remove the screw my middle toe was dangling after the surgery Karen through my tendons and nerves I lost all my pattern on my feet do for I was having a walk after my surgery from him I'm still having to have surgery is just trying to keep my foot just a little bit longer the only thing what's wrong with me was bone spurs I have a missing toe my second toe is connected to my fourth toe on my left foot my second toe is pushing my big toe off all because he fractured my foot and put a screw in and it didn't take not a very good doctor at all he should have been a soap opera doctor I'm sure they're going to remove this again because I've already put a review didn't find it truth hurts

Totally dysfunctional office. Arrived 15 mins before my 1pm appt only to be told Dr. Clause had left for the day and my appt had already been changed to "No Show." Receptionist blamed error on "the appt's desk" & said I could wait 2 hrs to get worked in with another doctor. Seems to me Dr. Clause was the "No Show."

My wife is diabetic and dr clause is a lifesaver because a diabetic persons feet are a matter of life and death .. His staff and nurses are also professional and courteous ...

I went to see him about what I thought was a problem from a botched surgery when I was a teenager and he did a thorough examination & gave me great information (and a shot in the area causing me the pain). So it turns out that I didn’t have any bad effects from the surgery... I actually have something totally different going on! GREAT DOC! And Tara (office Nurse) was extremely sweet and very professional. Overall definitely will be following up with visits to see him again. Dr. Clause was recommended to me by the Memorial Hermann Wound Care Clinic. I am a diabetic and needed a Podiatrist for monitoring my foot health. This was my first visit to his office and I was impressed by the short wait time and the friendliness of Dr. Clause and his staff. I appreciated the time he took discussing my past medical history and the thorough exam.

Dr. Clause is a great doctor. He has helped me with an on going foot problem with great success. His office staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr. Clause is great but was even better before he moved to this new office. I am really disappointed. Things now are different but not better. I believe he is under pressure from his new bosses. But that is the way it is...

Dr. Clause is professional and practical in his treatment

Dr. Clause is wonderful, has a wonderful bedside manners, when other Dr’s wanted to ambutate my foot, Dr. Clause has saved it, and healed the wound in less time than the other dr’s and clinics. When I first met Dr. Clause he gave me two suggestions on what he could do, I asked him what would he suggest if I was his mom. He told me and ever since I trust him fully.

I have had ankle swelling and foot problems for 6 years. I have been hurting for at least half that time. One Doctor said live with it and take pain medicine. Dr. Clause in the Tx City Office gave me a shot in both ankles and swelling went down and pain went away. I felt like going dancing. Any one having foot pain should go see him and let him see if he can help. I highly recommend him to anyone needing help with feet. Thanks Dr. Clause!

Dr. Clause is the BEST Foot & Ankle Doc on this planet . The guy is one down to earth DOC. He tells you straight whats wrong and what you need NO running around the bush stuff. I recommend DR Clause to anyone . I rate him and his staff 10 stars. A+++ service

I've been going to Dr. Clause since I was 13 years old. I am now 20 and still recommend him to anyone and everyone. Great care. Fast service most of the time. There are times you have to wait longer because he has a difficult case like myself or because he is taking care with an older patient. I have had 5 different surgeries and Dr. Clause has taken care with them all with care and had a kind smile. I've been going to Dr. Clause since I was 13 years old. Dr.Clause Came to my rescue when I broke my ankles, yes, both of them. His patient care is above and beyond. The ortho that saw me in the E.R. at mainland hospital said it was going to take months to heal. When i sent Dr.Clause my xrays, he immediately got in contact and scheduled an appt for further eval. I was able to walk some before the holidays. This Dr. is amazing. Patient care at the office very professional, he has excellent bedside manners, answers any and all questions.thnk u!
