Mr. Chad Burch

Dr Chad Burch is an excellent Doctor. The best thing about him is that he listened to me in detail during the visit and responded to my questions and concerns after the visit via their message portal in time. Although I have moved to some other city now but this review was due on me since last few months. Based on my experience, I can definitely say that he truly cares about his patients and recommends him as one of the best Primary Care Dr in the Humble/Kingwood area. Chad Burch is an arrogant jerk. Within the first minute of meeting him I was completely turned off by his personality. He gives the impression that he's the smartest person on earth and that, despite what you know about your own body, he knows better, having met you 30 second prior. He even talked poorly of his staff for not telling me to bring "all of my medication bottles". I'm 42 years old and have NEVER been asked to bring my medication bottles to a doctor visit. I'll never go back to him. Don't believe his rave reviews elsewhere, he probably wrote them about himself.

Great service. Very little wait! Specifically talked about my health concerns and provide good information.

Chad is always a very personable Doctor and treats his patients with respect and friendliness. Always a positive about my concerns and problems when I visit for a check up or a current health issue.

I really enjoyed my visit with Chad Burch. He made me feel very comfortable and put my health concerns at ease. Also, he was really informative in a small window of time, plus I did not feel rushed during the visit; Very rare combo.

I find Chad Burch, PA-C, to be very knowledgeable and easy to discuss whatever health issue may be bothering me. Takes time to listen, and I hope he never loses this as the practice at Humble Family Practice seems to be an extremely busy operation. Thanks Chad, you are an excellent provider. On October 3, 2020, I was required to have a checkup appointment with Chad Burch, PA-C, in order to get my RXs refilled and check on my conditions. We did my last appointment via scype due to the COVID 19 virus shutdown. I was required to come in this cycle. A bit of a bother since I am compromised and have refrained from going out or into any other business or doctors offices since March. I am and have tried to stay safe during this period, and have not had any incidences that are of concern. Now, to how Chad Burch, PA-C, handled me and my appointment-----------------EXCELLENTLY! He is always on top of my chart and very thoroughly reviewed my status, medications, heart and lungs (changed my oil and rotated my tires so to speak) and provided advice on how to keep myself as fit as possible at 85 years old with pig valves, pacemaker, diabetes and thrombolytic phlebitis etc etc. Mr. Burch is always on top of things, listens and affords this old man plenty of time to discuss and get advice on my conditions. Thanks to Chad Burch. Chad, with backup from Dr Carpenter, is the major reason I feel I can continue with Humble Family Practice as my primary provider. Chad is very professional and discusses all aspects of my reason for the visit. He is answers all of my questions and is knowledgeable about the best treatment needed.

Excellent visit and could not be happier. The Doctor has a great bedside manner. He’s ask questions and is a very good listener and discussed the possible treatment options.

Patient and communicative. I didn't feel like I was being rushed through. One of the best doctor visits I've had.

A friend of mine referred me to Dr Burch at Humble family practice.The young lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. I was called back just a few minutes after I sat down to fill out the paperwork. I didn’t have to wait long to see Dr. Burch. He was great! I really like him. The young lady assisting the Dr forgot to take my blood pressure so Dr. Burch had to do it himself. I was moved to a different room where I waited to see Dr.Burch, which didn’t take long but my work orders were left in the previous room so he had to go get them. He asked me if I had provided a urine sample and I said no, I was allowed to used the restroom before seeing him so now I have to drink plenty of water until I have to go again. Finally, I am able to give a urine sample and now I’m waiting to have my bloodwork done. I had to have one of the front desk ladies go and find out how much longer it would be before that’s done and it wasn’t until then that the Phlebotomist came and got me. She was very polite and did a good job drawing my blood. The entire appointment took about an hour and 20 minutes. Hopefully my next visit will run smoother.
