Mr. Cha Lee

I have heard so many bad things about this doctor and his practice within the Hmong community. Yet, my father insisted on this person being his MD. My sisters and I should have known better than to allow this. My father was misdiagnosed by his practice with a severe case of kidney stones back in Sept '21 when really it was later revealed to be a UTI when he collapsed at home and was taken to the ER. He had been treated with the wrong meds the entire time and also guided to the wrong specialists during. My father suffered for 3 months before he caught an infection from his UTI which developed into pneumonia. We nearly lost him at the beginning of the new year. We were told his lungs were so damaged by the pneumonia they now resemble honeycombs. He is now on oxygen for the rest of his life as his lungs now function at 60% capacity. WARNING!!!! He was our family doctor for more than 10 plus years and his service and care to my family has declined. Now that he's gained popularity in the Asian community and makes lots of money off of us, he and his staff could careless if we are treated with respect. My mom has been sick and her kidney problems for a few years now. Every time, she goes in there because she's not feeling better, they will give her a blood test and never call to let us know what's wrong with her, they never find any solution. They will keep telling us to take her back and someone would see her for 5 min ask her is she feeling better now... this place needs to be shut down !! They are scammers, co-artistics and taking advantage of people who has government health care but not helping the sick. I'm so disappointed because I hate to see my mom health deteriorate. Horrible!! Literally was put on hold for 45 mins on the phone and no one even answered my phone call and asked me to hold once. Automated service said I was in position 1 and then switched me to position 3. Ridiculous! I don't understand how you can have someone on hold for that long!!

Always sees his patients in the hospital even when he's got a busy clinic schedule.

Slow service everytime I come here. Happened to me three times in a row, I understand there's a lot of patients, but going 30-40 minutes over my scheduled time everytime shows poor organization. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, twice but three times is not acceptable. I will now see a different clinic from now on.

Dr. Lee is a life saver. No other doctor could figure out my ailments. I went to over 30 different doctors before seeing him. I highly recommend his practice to anyone.
