Dr Katigbak came to appointment well prepared and informed about my medical history and condition. He took time to listen to all I had to say. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a good family practitioner.

Thank you for sending me to Valley View hospital even tho they didn't find my sick stomach problem hopefully the gas doctor can find something

Dr comes in looking like he'd just rolled out of bed with gown hung around his neck over wrinkled street clothes on initial visit to establish care. He orders several tests and referrals for my issues. a few weeks later dressed the same this time just one arm in gown and rest thrown over his shoulder on follow up appointment he goes over a blood test, and chest x-ray results . When I ask what about the ultrasound and another tests. He says who ordered those? when I tell him that's why I'm there . For results He says Oh today is my last day I'm going to retire. The next dr they give you will take care of you.

First time visit I thought the doctor was personable, knowledgeable and I liked him but as for the nurse she was very condescending kept interrupting patient but the worst thing is she put down in notes he occasionally drinks ( she never asked him but did ask about smoking) well he don’t drink he’s trying to get a liver

He really listens and is very thorough. He checks out everything. I finally feel on top of my many health issues.

i was a VA patient and was looking for a doctor to assist me I was on 13 different medications and tis doctor straightened out 13 yrs of misery in 2 months by givinf me only the medications I needed.He was very thorough in his assesment. and polite .He knows his stuff! Enough said 5 stars!

I checked into the office today for Dr. Katigbak for an appointment at 1:30 at 1:15 and Jessica at the front desk would not honor my appointment. She stated that she would have to reschedule because I was not on time. In all the years of seeing a doctor this is the only office I've been to that would not grant a doctors appointment that took 2 weeks to get into an appointment. I have reported them to Medicare. The front office looked like a state welfare office. Terrible experience. WARNING...find another doctor.

Excellent DR. Regardless of what others say about his staff I find them friendly and prompt. I really have nothing to say negative about him or his staff Office and rooms are clean. As for me he gives me the time needed whether it's 5 minutes or 15. He's blunt with what he sees, which is what I like. None of this beating around the bush. Thanks Doc.

Seems to be too busy to do any doctoring. Rushes through the questions and then would rather send you to a specialist than treat you. My experience was for a simple ear infection and he referred me to an E.N.T. I'm looking for another doctor !

They see you in a timely manor, not good a giving you the results accurately. staff sucks, I would still recommend doctor if he had a different staff. Amanda never gets back to you in time.

My husban and I saw him on the 13th of Sept. We were both new patients from Alabama and needed our scrpts. He had us do blood work and we were told to fast. They told us 3 times they had called in the scripts. This morning we fasted went for our blood tests. My husband was called back to the window and asked for his urine. The Dr nor the nurse didn't tell us he was to collect urine for 24 hrs. The office staff is rude and could care less. We will never return.

Not a very personable fellow. I just see him for Blood Pressure and cholesterol issues. I have experienced numerous problems with his staff ie; Scheduling and lack of communication. He is often disheveled and inattentive and definitely lacks a friendly bedside manner. A.L.

He was ok, but his staff is not , they do not respond to emails or phone calls, had billing problems as well as medical records issues- I would not recommend them to anyone-stay away??

The most useless doctor have EVER been too. I went to the ER twice for the same symptoms, waiting to get in to see him. After explained what happened, and that the ER doc referred me to a specialist that I can't get in to see for another 11 days (9 days current with daily reoccurrence of extremely painful symptoms) he says oh ok you go see him then. And was done with me. Even after I started crying that I cannot live like this for another 2 weeks he got annoyed with me. I sit here crying in pain
