Dr.Tung was very professional and honest with me when I was diagnosed with cancer she listened to all my questions and concerns.

She makes you feel at ease and comfortable with everything that she is doing. She explains everything very well.

Dr. Tung is just wonderful! When you need to go to a specialist like this, it can be unnerving. Right off the bat, her staff is great, from making an appmt. over the phone, when you check in AND her assistant and nurses. Dr. Tung actually reads your records when you send them over in advance and goes over them with you before she starts her treatment. I didn't feel like a number. She's a very thorough, caring doctor that listens and answers all of your questions. She explains things completely and makes sure you can understand.

My initial appointment was to discuss my uterine cancer, Dr Tung answered all questions to my and my family. Surgery went well and no further treatment was required.

She does not have any good referrals from any clients during her tenure. I’ve asked over and over. She scheduled radiation and chemo before she ever performed a biopsy. I have been seeing Dr. Tung for almost 5 years now. Wouldn't trust my cancer care to anyone but her. I am cancer free due to Dr. Tung. Early findings and treatment helped save my life and Dr. Tung was there every step with me. She is the BEST!!

Dr. Tung is very personable and skilled surgeon. A little more exchange of information after the procedure about stitches, ointments, etc. would be good. Her tip for keeping genital area dry using hair dryer was great. Staff at office is friendly and have a sense of humor.

Be careful * Dr. Tung was supposed to handle my cancer treatment after care. I complained to her about having blood in my stool and digestive problems. She ordered a CT scan made me feel like the problem was in my head after the scan didn't show problems. She did NOT tell me that this scan did not show the inside view my colon!!!! Excuse me I said I had blood on my tissue order a scan that shows the inside of my colon. Scare tissue from the Radiation caused an obstruction SHE totally knows that Radiation can cause this problem she should have referred me to the GI team at Baylor * 1 year later Im facing surgery to remove the scare tissue and I might need a BAG for the rest of my life * REALLY she could have prevented that 1 year ago!!!!! She should pay my medical bills !!!! The pain I endured because of this was the worst !!!!She is carless !!!!! Do not let her handle your aftercare !!!! I almost died because of this obstruction!!!!! I was so nervous about my surgery but she made it so much easier to understand every step. From explaining my test results and the what if’s. The day of surgery I don’t remember anything about it. My healing process has been really good just sore . Thanks again Dr.Tung and her staff.

Be careful !! She was assigned to me to handle my cancer aftercare. I received external and internal Radiation. My treatment was finshed in June of 2019, February of 2020 I complained to her about digestive problems having blood in my stool etc. She ordered a CT scan with contrast. She told me that everything was ok the scan didn't show anything. She made me feel like its all in my head. One year later I had extreme stomach pain. Finding out that a CT scan does not show the inside of the Colon. Hello Dr Tung I told you I had blood on my tissue order a scan that shows the inside of colon. I had scar tissue from the Radiation. One year later the scar tissue had blocked my colon completely a 10cm ulcer developed behind the scar tissue. I had the surgery to remove it and almost ended up with a bag. Additionally, I had 3 pelvic exams with her and they were the worst exams I ever had. She is very rough with her exams. I will not go back!!

One year later I had extreme stomach pain, after a lot of checking I had a Colonoscopy they found an obstruction caused by the radiation. Scar tissue had blocked my colon and a 10cm ulcer developed behind the colon. According to my GI team at Baylor its fairly common for scar tissue to develop after Radiation. She knows that!!!! She works with Baylor, she knows about the GI team at Baylor its was very negligent of her not to refer me. Additionally, her pelvic exams are the worst I ever had. She is very rough! I will not go back!!!

Yes, I would recommend Dr. Tung and the office staff at the Willowbrook location to my family and friends. Everyone there went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my examination. I was seen on time and was able to discuss my concerns with the doctor.

Dr. Tung is relatively new to the Willowbrook location and I've only seen her twice, but I'm very impressed with her skill and knowledge and her bedside manner. Very easy to talk to, and explains things well. I was comfortable with her from the start and will continue to trust Dr. Tung with my care.

Dr. Tung just performed my oophorectomy and was excellent. The surgical result was perfect as was the follow up. She seems to care for the overall health of her patients too and doesn't simply treat the condition at hand.
