I called the office just now; and the receptionist was extremely rude; and I was laughed at by her. I was told by my insurance company this dr was on a list of doctor's I could see. I've been trying to get ahold of this office for more than two weeks to be told she is not under my plan; and to be made felt like I don't know what I am doing. Dr. Galizia; you should select your staff more carefully and listen in on their calls; because this reflects bad on you.

She's easy to talk to. I felt as though she rushed the appointment for her next one.

I FOUND DR. GALIZIA TO BE VERY CONCERNED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF HER PATIENT. SHE ASKED QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED WHAT SHOULD BE DONE NOW OR IN THE FUTURE. SHE WAS ALSO FRIENDLY AND VERY NICE..

Dr. celeste is great. She listened to all my health concerns, explained the symptoms and then came up with diagnostic tests to confirm. very thorough. She even recommended an OBGYN to follow up with. Nurse practioner Navpreet was very good and patient with me since I am a challenging blood draw. usually get stabbed 4-5 times with bruises in the tissue, however she was very careful and gentle with me. It took her long time but she didn't give up.

The office visit was very informative and helpful.

While the visit was OK, and she was very nice, we did sit in the room for almost an hour without anything giving us an update on what was going on. The worst part - after blood test results she sent a prescription to in for my daughter not telling us anything , no phone call, no follow up , no nothing. It was an alert from the pharmacy that told me it was out there. I know what it's for , how to administer it, but what about why/what/for how long/what's the next step? NOPE - Exam/Blood work/we'll call you with the results. NOT A PEEP. Friendly staff, well-maintained site.

Excellent in all areas

Been my primary for 20 years. She is great! Can't say it strongly enough.

My family has been seeing Dr. Galizia almost 20 yrs now. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She takes the time to really listen and to work with you for the best treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Galizia's for well over 10 years now and trust her completely. She listens to her patients and in my book being respected and listened to are very important. I've had nothing but help and good advice from her.

I have gone to Dr galizia for 3 to 4 years now she is a wonderful doctor I feel very comfortable with her and she explained everything to me

My experience with Dr Galizia has been wonderful. Going to see her is not a typical 5 min visit. She cares and make the time to listening to her patients, which is wonderful.

This practice is a joke. No wonder so many people die each year due to medical error. The three times I saw Dr. Galizia I had to wait over half an hour. This last time I was forgotten about and had to go to the front desk after 45 minutes of waiting. The whole reason i scheduled an early appointment was because I knew she's a scatter brain and doesn't keep seeing patients in a timely fashion. I do not recommend any doctor associated with this group.

Very bad doctor, unprofessional , never returns phone calls. Front desk is unprofessional and very rude.

Terrible doctor. Unprofessional, never returns urgent calls, cares more about collecting miney then helping you. Front staff is very rude and once hung up the phone on me.
