I explained problems, he examined me and scheduled the surgery. Within a week I had the procedure and was back home. He was always very kind as was his staff.Now I’m afraid I need another procedure but I’m happy that Dr. McFadden has agreed to see me.

He is the best!! He is very good at his job and is very courteous and patient. I had major surgery without any complications. I highly recommend him!

I’m going to start off with I highly recommend Dr. McFadden. I had surgery in February of 2015 . Dr. McFadden went over everything that he was going to do and it went smooth. This is one the best surgeons I’ve had to operate on me and I Thank him and his staff. All of them are very knowledgeable in their professions. I’m very pleased with everything he and his staff done for me. Very professional!

Dr. McFadden saw me for a hemmorhoid and sent me home. I was in agony for weeks. He wanted to send me for a colonoscopy before my hemmorhoid healed. I rescheduled it. I had another one scheduled for 8/18. I called on Tuesday and left a message that I needed to reschedule the appt because I had recently had basal cell carcinoma surgery. Someone from the office called on 8/17 around 7:00pm and wanted to know if I had called to reschedule and I said yes and she DEMANDED to know why and was rude

Dr. McFadden is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. He took his time and listened to all our questions and had an immediate plan of action and got my procedure scheduled the same week. His staff is kind and very helpful. Mary and Tammy are wonderful and arranged for me to come in the next day even as a new patient, when our referral dr in another practice never called us back. You will be glad you chose Dr McFadden and his staff. Highly recommend!

Dr. McFadden and his staff were great. Dr. McFadden went out of his way to make me feel like I was his most important patient. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and was detailed in explaining results and next steps. I will be sure to schedule my next review with him.

I came into Dr. McFadden in a hurry. I wasn't going to let a little thing like a potential prolapse stop my life. He very wisely slowed me down and said, You want me to get this right. His bedside manner is excellent, and his sense of humor is tremendous! When I struggled after surgery, he knew where to send me for help. He also still helps me with impactions. His heart is written all over his face, and he really takes the time to evaluate your needs. You'll be glad you chose him!

There are no words out there to describe Dr. McFadden but I will try. He has an awesome bedside manor, he is very thorough in explaining what procedures he is going to do and how he is going to do it. He is big hearted and absolutely the best doctor that I have ever seen. He is a big Gamecock fan which is his only downfall, but we enjoyed picking on each other!
