My vision was so bad that I was using my glasses, a magnifying glass and a strong flashlight to read and STILL had a hard time seeing text!! Dr Cecille Taylor is like a miracle worker! She noticed that I had an unusual need for a specialty lens prior to my cataract surgery. Thank goodness we postponed the surgery until the special lens arrived. I can now see way better than 20/20. I am so happy with Dr Taylor because she is brilliant and efficient!!! She was really excellent at explaining my problem to me so that I could completely understand. She told me to take my time with my decision, so she is not pushy. Thank goodness we postponed the surgery until the special lens arrived. I can now see way better than 20/20. I am so happy with Dr Taylor because she is brilliant and efficient!!! Dr. Taylor saved my vision and restored the health of my eyes She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, patient, responsive, and answers all questions. She’s a brilliant diagnostician and I trust her with no reservations. I don’t generally recommend doctors, but I highly recommend Dr. Taylor.

Dr. Taylor is knowledgeable and friendly. She makes eye exams as comfortable as possible. Alex was very patient with me as I chose new frames, too, even though I took forever to finally make a decision.

I would give Dr. Taylor SIX stars, if I could! It's important to trust your eyes to only THE BEST. Dr. Taylor is very thorough and is clearly a top expert when it comes to ophthalmology. She explained everything so clearly to me and gave me tips on how to maximize my visual acuity in the future. THANK YOU, DR. TAYLOR!!

I am 94 years old, and I would trust no one else with my vision. Dr. Taylor is super smart (Stanford graduate), kind, and a SUPERB eye doctor. Her staff may come and go, but, over the years, she has remained my outstanding eye specialist. Thank you, Dr. Taylor!

Have waited over a month to see this Dr and I called in to ask about co pay and what they would bill. I gave them my Western Health Plan to see about what out of pocket i would be responsible for. The two ladies I spoke with where rude. The lady in billing with broken accent I could hardly understand. As a customer I just wanted to know if I would be responsible to any extra payment beyond my Western Health which i pay 850 a month for. Two to three hours later I just got a call saying my June 3 appt was canceled and they gave no reason. Guess asking about fees is beyond them. Find a professional Dr and do not use these hacks. Their response below is a blatant lie and they are just trying to justify why they canceled the appt. I am now amending this after the Dr response below. The truth is I never talked to the owner who is stating I used the F word. Dr. Cecille Talyor is a liar! And the one who I talked to was the receptionist and she was polite. The lady in billing was rude and then two or three hours later they cancelled because I told them I was going to write on the form that I will only pay what my insurance provider will pay because they could not give me the cost or billing code of what they where billing. I could have called my provider Western Health and found out but they where just rude. Nice way to treat customers but her 2.9 rating says it all, I am not the only one upset with this liar. I was seen for an annual eye exam. Dr. Taylor saw 2 eyelashes that she determined should be literally plucked out with tweezers. This was billed to me as a surgical procedure, what a racket! She did not even ask if I wanted them plucked or bother to tell me that she was going to charge me $100 per eyelash to do so. I now am being billed $200 for my eye exam because she took it upon herself to pull them out and then has the audacity to charge $200 for surgery! Just shameful! I was seen for an annual eye exam. My husband and I have both been very happy with Dr. Taylor. The staff is friendly and offers excellent care. The examinations are thorough and Dr. Taylor is great about spending time with us to answer our questions. Our only complaint is the wait time after we arrive for your appointment.

My wife, Nancy, just recently became one of Dr Taylor's patient. The office staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. On her second visit they had to squeeze her in, and they graciously informed us that there could be a 2 hour wait. Fortunately, it wasn't that long. They always overbook their appointments and they’re never on time, plan to spend 45 mins to an hour in the waiting room before you are even seen. No courtesy for other people’s time

I went there because I had an acute eye pain. I had 2 appointments, 1 original appointment and follow up 5 day later. In those 2 appointments I saw the doctor for about 5 minutes. After insurance my final bill was over $500. They charge for absolutely everything and some more. They charge for the exam and also for what was done during the exam. This does not make sense to me what so ever. I called and left multiple messages for explanation of the bill. They must get many calls about billing because on the third call lady yell and says I already told you about your bill without getting my info. long story short, she told me that she can charge what ever she wants because she is a md. I have been a patient of Dr Taylor since she went into practice. On Wednesday April 25, 2018 I went to the office to speak with Dr Taylor for 5 minutes. the last appointment in mid 2017 Dr Taylor indicated I needed to have my second cataract done. We did not make an appointment for the service and I moved. I wanted to ask her if I should come back to Folsom for the surgery or would she make a referral for me in Sparks. the desk person got her Assistant Amy to talk to me. she indicated Dr Taylor was too busy to talk to be but she would visit and call me as soon as possible. On Friday April 27 I left another message for Amy and as of April 30 there has been no response. Having been a long time patient I did expect more respect professionally. Dr. Taylor is an outstanding doctor and her staff is both professional and friendly. She took her time explaining to me the issues I was dealing with and what needed to be done, which really put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor.

Dr. Taylor and her team are the BEST! I was referred to Dr. Taylor by my neurologist for a rare issue. When I went to Dr. Taylor she was not only listened and was thorough, but she was invested in helping me find a solution, referring me to UC Davis. Most doctors when presented with my strange symptoms would most likely have "blown me off", but with her commitment to care, we were finally able to find the answer. Then, when, a separate condition arose with my eyes (quick growing cataracts) she did a surgery and basically saved not only my vision by my business as well since I do computer graphics, programming and design. The surgery was fast, immediately effective and I cannot say enough good about not only Dr. Taylor, but her entire staff who are professional and caring. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but that is because patients come in for emergencies. But in those cases, even the wait is worth it because the result is high-quality care, provided in a clean, professional and thoughtful office. Very disappointed. Because my insurance changed I switched to Dr. Taylor. Dr.Taylor did my eye exam. I found her to be curt and unfriendly. I used the Rx to buy glasses. NOT even close. So I returned for another exam and showed them my 13 month old Rx from my previous Doc. With that in hand they did a 2nd exam and came up with results similar to my old Rx. The front desk people were argumentative and were not helpful setting a new appointment when I first returned. After filling the second Rx and still not feeling (seeing) right I returned to my previous Doc and paid cash for a new exam! Great! What a waste of time and my money! Very disappointed. This has been one of the most unethical doctors office I have ever visited in my life. Her front office is polite, yet during my wait I learned about the neighborhood gossip and who is sleeping with whom and who cheated on whom. To make matters even worse, I specifically made an appointment for contact lenses, that's not what they did. To provide me with contact lenses they wanted me to pay additional (office fee) so some guy can teach me how to wear contacts

I want to say Thank You to Dr. Taylor and her incredible staff for saving my eye sight. First time I was referred to Dr. Taylor by the emergency doctor. I was suffering from terrible pain, and she was able to diagnose me with Reiter's syndrom, and treat me accordingly, that actually saved my eye sight. Just recently during my visit Dr. Taylor warned me that I might have macular degeneration. Immediately she contacted retina specialists, and I was on the way to my appointment. Her staff called ahead, and gave me a direction to the office. They stayed on top, and make sure I was seen by the specialist the same day. They were like my family. Dr. Taylor is not only a gifted and knowledgeable doctor, but an amazing and caring person. I would recommend her as one of the best doctors in our region.
