I have been a patient of Dr. Hamilton's for many, many years. She and her staff are professional, thorough, and kind. She asks me questions I hadn't even thought of. I highly recommend her.

I have seen Dr Hamilton twice and left feeling badly both times. She is not the doctor you want to see if you are seeking a warm, inviting provider. She is short in conversation, uninterested in patient input and could even be considered harsh. She comes across as competent and professional, but completely uninterested in patient experience.

I have went to Dr Hamilton on two different occasions.. I found her on Google because she was close to home.. The first time I went to her I had a skin irratation. She told me it was eczema. Now, im not a doctor but I had a strong feeling it was something a little more complicated as I had researched the signs and what I was experiencing just didnt match. So moving forward I decided that I would try her again... again, do to convenience. Maybe I was wrong the first and I would give her another chance. This time I was misdiagnosed. I went in there and wasnt even examined, like the first time. She looked at me and immediately told me I had bed bug bites which later I found out from a different dermatologist that it wasnt bed bug bites. So I freaked out went home put everything in the dryer, lost sleep thinking it was something crawling on me. I told the lady downstairs and she freaked out only to find I was misdiagnosed. At first Dr. Hamilton tried to prescribe me a 400 dollar prescription. I had to call her back and ask the nurse if they could prescribe me something affordable. I ended up paying $163 of my hard earned money for no reason. My insurance was charged for the visit. So if you want someone to take one look at you without examining you and determine what is going on with you.. This is the place. If you want to spend money on prescriptions in hope to cure your situation only to find out you wasted your money as your situation gets worse while you search for the true reason as to whats wrong with you.. I have been to 4 doctors in total over the past several years (2 overseas and 2 in Cleveland) with sebaceous hyperplasia and similar issues; have had hundreds removed. Dr. Hamilton had the steadiest hand of all, with the least amount of pain and very little visible aftermath. Also, her suggestion to treat the areas with Vaseline afterward made a huge difference in the days after treatment. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hamiliton was professional, patient, easy to talk to, and spent time explaining our options. We had several moles removed and were very happy with her care. Painless, and cauterized ... now we await the results. I would recommend Dr. Hamiliton to friends and family without hesitation. Office staff was professional and friendly and there was not a long wait.

She knows her stuff...it worked...she makes you feel good...dignity, class, sophistication and knowledge...
