Very thorough. Very smart Compassionate but no nonsense.
Excellent brilliant, caring physician. I have been a patient for over 20 years. Very thourough and listens to her patients. Includes patients in the treatment plan.
Dr. Ow was my primary care physician until last year when I received a diagnosis of cancer. I saw her for hemorrhoid symptoms...she thought it was hemorrhoids but I was due for colonoscopy so we agreed I should have that done. I was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Ow did not contact me after my diagnosis and when I requested help finding an oncologist, she sent a message through her nurse that she didn't know any. She never contacted me to see how I was doing. Very disappointing patient care
