Been seeing Doctor for years. She has always listened to me and always taking a deep concern in my Health and my family members as well. I will never think about any other Doctor and being I do not have insurance there price is very reasonable. Staff was s Ok as well Daniel

I love Zavodny and Thompson, but when it takes almost 2 weeks to approve a refill request for something I've been taking for the last 6 years, it forces me to find a new doctor. I'm not sure if there needs to be a staffing refresh to avoid this mistake but its happened before and I know it'll happen again.

Don’t be late if your a new patient, my wife arrived at 9:03 for a 9:00am appointment as a new patient. The office staff refused her saying she was late. They treated my wife so horrible and with so much disrespect - how can the be in the healthCARE industry. This is a terrible place with terrible staff.

When I was diagnosed with Covid, she basically told me there was nothing she could do for me. Didn't even offer a pain med, or decongestant. When you do a well visit with her, you have to be careful about discussing anything. She will charge you for a 2nd visit if you discuss anything with her outside of the well visit. I was charged $57.50 because I answered her Yes/No questions about any changes to my preexisting conditions. Her Teledoc visits are rushed and you have to use the app she wants. She gives disclosures for ever. It's as if you need an attorney to translate for you. She is all about money. Her staff is rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. I used to see Dr. Sun and she never gave me full attention or adequate time during our appointments. I began to see her PA Chasareth Thompson, and while she was very kind and attentive, the office staff here is ATROCIOUS. I have had multiple rude interactions with the front desk lady and Barb with accounting. They have spoken to me with impolite tones of voice and had bad attitudes. We were wrongfully billed for additional services and the office refused to adjust our billing after I called 5+ times. Barb also never returned any voicemails I left and it was very difficult to get ahold of the office. I will no longer be coming to see any doctors at this office. I found the staff at the office to be very friendly. I met with the PA Mrs. Thompson for a check up. She was so friendly and listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. Even her assistant was friendly and drew some blood like a pro, I’ve had bad experiences with that at other offices. My husband just went for a check up and received the same excellent care. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. ZAVODNY FOR 18 YRS AND I HAVE NOTHING THE HIGHEST PRAISE FOR HER PROFESSIONAL AND CARING ATITUDE. THE STAFF HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND COURTESY. DR. ZAVODNY HAS ALWAYS TAKEN THE TIME TO EXPLAIN AND ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. I CONTRIBUTE MY GOOD HEALTH AT 89 YEARS OF AGE TO HER GOOD CARE.

This review is about dr sun. I’m sure dr zavodny is lovely and have no experience of her. I can not recommend dr sun. She’s great for physicals and coughs and colds, but when serious issues come up and you need her help, she refuses to make time. You’re honestly better off going to a for fee clinic.

I’ve been a patient of doctor Sun’s for many years, I’ve also see the P.A.s as well. Doctor Sun is kind, intelligent and an expert listener. She is diligent with her record keeping from year to year, and she has helped my so much with all of my issues because she wants the best outcome for her patients. My wife and is both are under the care of Dr Zavodny and her PA. They are both wonderful people first and medical professionals. You feel confident and comfortable when consulting and they a actually make you feel listened to and they take their time to consider what you say. We have never felt rushed or like we were in a cattle call doctors office just filing people through. We have no complaints and are very happy with the quality of care that we have received. Pretty disappointed with my visit. I was seen in a timely manner but Dr.Z was not very interested in my health. Left feeling like I wasted my time. The office staff is hit and miss. Will look for a new doctor.

I have gone to this office for only two years. Their front desk Lisa, is very efficient and professional employee. I have seen their PA this year and have been very satisfied. She is thorough, attentive, she does not rush. I highly recommend her. Julia

I have been a patient of Dr.Sun for over 5 years. She is an astute Physician.She is very thorough and listens to me. Her medical assistant Wendy is just as amazing . She returns calls very promptly and she is also very patient and never makes you feel like she is in a rush.

This doctor must be getting kickbacks from something. Requires 4 blood tests a year, regardless of what your insurance covers. Even when a reminder is sent out, she will not refill prescriptions within that time period. She risks your health with these actions. The prescriptions involved are for blood pressure and cholesterol which are not controlled substances.

Probably the absolute worse doctor experience I've ever gone through. The staff and nurses were not friendly and void of any bedside manner. Dr Sun seemed distant and uninterested in my concerns. The follow up calls regarding my labs were very uninformative and when I asked if Dr Sun could call me when she had time to go over the abnormalities, I was pretty much told no. At this point I decided that I would not be making another visit and was going to let it go and find another doctor. Then I receive a bill in the mail from the office stating that my insurance denied payment. After calling my insurance to ensure my policy was indeed active, I called Dr Suns office. Barb, the person in charge of billing was not there but the person who answered confirmed that they indeed had the incorrect ID number in their system and that it didn't match the card that was scanned in my file. She assured me that she would let Barb know and they would resubmit. Almost 2 weeks later I receive a bill for almost $1000 for the lab they sent my bloodwork to. I called and corrected everything with them and called Dr Suns office again to see if they had resubmitted my claim with the corrected info. This time Barb answered, made it clear that no one gave her any message and that they use whatever information they get from the insurance card I gave them to scan. When I tried to explain that whatever was in their system did not match the insurance card, she got defensive and called me rude. I told her that all I wanted her to do was to correct the ID number and submit the claim again. But instead of simply apologizing for the clerical error (on their end) she attempted to blame me (as if I have control of what their fingers type into their computers) and called me rude. Well if not wanting to pay out of pocket for services that would've been paid by my insurance if the information was submitted correctly, then yes I guess I am rude. However, I never even raised my voice to her, I simply wanted her to resubmit the claim with the correct information so they can get paid. I am actually an office manager for a different type of doctor office and I would never speak to any patients the way Barb spoke to me. I understand mistakes happen and in this case it was a simple fix of updating an ID number and resubmitting a claim. It's clear that customer service is not a priority at this office. I've been seeing Dr. Zavodny for almost a year and honestly I have no complaints. She's straight forward, patient, kind. Not much else to ask for! I started seeing Dr. Zavodny 15 years ago and loved her so much that I switched all of my family to her practice. She takes the time to listen to you and you are never rushed. She is an EXCELLENT doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I would not go anywhere else. Just read another review and the new office staff is wonderful. I've been seeing Dr. Sun for the past 13 years and I refuse to see anyone else. She's great, she's thorough and she really cares. She also gets on me when I'm not doing what I'm supposed to. Love her! - Shermaine Collette

Dr Zavodny is an excellent doctor. She is very pleasant and easy to speak to about your health situation or just check up. I have been going to her for 12 1/2 years. She will not over do the amount of test or under do, for your medical health. I appreciate both scenarios because some doctors over do you with test and others don't do enough to find the health problem out. I don't take Doctors advice lightly, but I do know she cares about her patients and always will try to do her very best .

Very thorough and is very knowledgeable. She also is very quick to suggest options for additional diagnosis when needed. I have been VERY pleased with her treatment over the past six years.

It's really sad when you like your doctor....you like the nurse, but the front office staff ruins the whole experience. Dr. Zavodny is a wonderful doctor! I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, my husband is a patient of hers as well. Here's the problem: THE OFFICE MANAGER!!! Her name is Barb. Barb is RUDE with a capital R. She doesn't listen to patients. Barb is too busy. Barb is important. You, the patient, are NOT!!! Dr. Zavodny, wonderful as she is, will probably lose two patients because of Barb. My husband & I are currently looking for another office to go to in the future....just so we don't have to deal with Barb. Barb, when you realize that listening is a skill in which you are sadly lacking.......it may be too late. Your excuses are just that - excuses! which is already an indication that you are in a position for which you are not well suited. Office managers offer solutions to problems - not excuses! Warning to the public!!! don't call this office on a Friday afternoon. They may be there, but they NEVER answer the phone!!! They have already checked out mentally to their weekend plans & the patient is an inconvenience. OFFICE STAFF HERE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Zavodny is very thorough. She has been my Dr for 14 years. I would have a very hard time trying to find anyone to replace her. Highly recommended.
