I can't even give an updated review...because they won't even answer the phone! I have been calling nonstop since 3:00 pm...I absolutely hate this Healthcare provider. Good thing I don't have an emergency! I will not be going back...trying to get my records forwarded.

Better explanation of the issue, take time to explain treatment.

She answered all of my questions very well.

I felt somewhat abandoned at the end of the appointment. Dr. Kiley said she was going to check on a few things and left the room. After a short period, a nurse returned with some papers and ushered me out of the room. Answers to unanswered questions was written on one of the pages

Nurses and doctor were very courteous and answered my questions to the best of their ability. Nurse pricked my finger to test blood which gave me a 3 month estimation of my sugar count which was in a good range.

All of my health questions were answered.

I went in for 6 month check up and I was told that all my blood work looked when we finished talking I was on my way.

Dr Kiley is approachable and listens with understanding and gives me her undivided attention. She is not typing in the computer and sits and looks at me and understands what I am saying.

I was greeted at the front desk well, the nurse was helpful checking vitals, prescriptions, appointments, giving my a shot, etc. Dr. Kiley took all the time I wanted to answer my questions and discuss going forward.
