Amazing doctor - knowledgeable, thorough and caring - with lovely support staff.

Dr. Goodstein is an amazing, gentle, and thoughtful practitioner. She talked me through all of my concerns, gives really sound and knowledgeable advice, and takes the time to remember little things about you. Plus her touch is so gentle that exams and procedures (even the ones I was worried about!) are a breeze. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Dr. Goodstein has seen me through 3 pregnancies and delivered two of my children. She is personable, yet professional. I followed her from her downtown practice because I was not sure I could deliver a baby without her! During delivery she made sure that I was her top priority and that my experience was as positive as it could be when giving birth with no pain medication! Dr. Goodstein is a great person- which made my appointments pleasant, but she is also an incredible Doctor and I trust her completely with guiding my in my GYN/OB decisions and treatment. Dr. Goodstein is amazing, she is the best doctor ever.

Dr Goodstein is an incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and caring doctor. Her front desk staff is lovely.

Really disappointed with my experience with office staff. I made an appt to have it cancelled hours later and was treated coldly by the office. Very unprofessional to tell a patient they cannot accept you after confirming the appt! After all I had rescheduled my entire work day for this as well as cancelled my other doctor appts. Best ob/gyn ever. I really feel like she cares about my wellbeing and addresses all of my concerns.

Office manager is unbelievably rude. Level of care was poor. Many tests with no diagnosis or treatment plan offered. It seemed they just want $$$

I cannot recommend Dr. Goodstein highly enough! She is so kind, respectful and knowledgeable. She always wants to make sure I have a good experience in her office. I feel so cared for! She's also very competent and knowledgeable, and you will feel that you're in truly capable hands. She's great about follow-up and returning calls and encouraging you to be in touch if necessary. You will never feel like she's too busy for you. She's also very prompt with her appointments. Great staff too!

It's always such a pleasure to see Dr. Goodstein. She truly cares about her patients and is invested in their wellbeing. I feel so lucky to have found such an amazing doctor and always look forward to seeing her. She is so respectful, trustworthy and genuine. Highly highly recommend her!!

I was excited to be referred to Dr. Goodstein and made an appointment - a few hours later the office left me a message that my appointment had to be cancelled because the doctor could not accept new patients. I had already rescheduled all my work meeting for the following day's appointment and cancelled other dr appointments as well. The office staff was apologetic but really insincere about making this mistake in making my appointment and leaving me without doctor a day before my appointment.
