Dr. Catherine Leigh Dekle

I brought my Mother to see Dr Dekle numerous times. Each time she was late, appeared rushed, & didn't follow thru with refilling medicine that vital for my mother's health. No one returned calls about lab results & her office lost lab specimens needed prior to mother's surgery. Incompetence seems to be her motto. The icing on the cake was there was no explanation for not following thru with communicating with the patient or the family. On July 31st we were notified that all mother's medications were refilled; the never received them & as usual when contacted there was no response. Unprofessional negligence is par for the course with Dr. Dekle.

I had a visit mainly to refill prescriptions. Doctor Deckle did not send in prior authorization for prescription causing me to have to spend hours of time on telephone. Her office did not respond promptly to online messages. On a prior visit Dr. Deckle asked me to remind her why I was taking certain medication. She had obviously not looked at my chart before the visit.

Dr. Dekle is great, caring and pays attention to detail and things you say/ask. I always feel comfortable with her and her new staff/office.
