I needed a CT scan . Had large fibroid she did every thing but CT scan . I have 2 months left to live . She did one when I had stage 4 uterine cance spread to stomach. She should l not be a dr. All the sighs Amelia bleeding still did nothing . 60 yr old.

First visit by phone. I had never meet her. My family Dr left Kaiser and Dr Chester picked me up. Kaiser is pushing viedio and or phone which as a senior I don't care for. I like face to face office visit better. She didn't seem to no me to well. I asked her if she read my file and she said a little. But more is better I said.So was hard to speak with her On my concerns. I did not feel a connection with her. We tried another appointment for 40 minutes. It went horrible. She doesn't listen. Is argumentative lacks understanding and has very little empathy. Had me in a melt down and didn't seem to care. My daughter also saw her and didn't say nothing to me as she wanted me to make my own mind up. Dr Chester treated her the same way on 2 appointments. Not a very compassionate care provider.

Dr Chester loves to push pain pills rather than doing her job and finding the problem. I came to her 2 weeks after a motor vehicle accident complaining of horrible head pain, dizziness and blurry vision. She kept telling me it is in my head and it will pass soon. I made an appointment with another provider whom ordered a CT Scan that showed a brain injury. I am now under the care of a neurosurgeon whom genuinely cares. I have also filed a formal complaint to Kaiser and the state. This is not ok.
