My work and my son's, worst dentist, I've ever been to. Now having to go to new dentist, to get our mess straightened out. A tooth on my front bridge, broke off, new dentist checked with insurance company, they won't pay, for a new one, for 5 years. 5,500 dollars. My son's front partial, has a tooth that fell out, and his bottom bridge, is staying infected. Don't know yet, how much his will cost. My work and my son's, worst dentist, I've ever been to. Great dental service had a cavity and got a filling no pain during the procedure and the deep cleanings got rid of my bleeding gums also they have great prices on deep cleanings very affordable go to this dentist they are great.

First I will say that she is a good dentist. She is very good with my children and so are all of the hygienists that we have worked with. The office is close to home which is very convenient for my schedule. But speaking of that, here comes the bad part. The wait times to get seen are ridiculously long. I always arrive about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, and yet as I type I have been sitting in my car for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I understand that things happen, but the people in this office need to be more mindful of their patients time. If this had only happened once or twice I would never have left a review, but this happens every single time I have an appointment here.

I'm 65 years old and have been trusting Dr Willis and her staff for 13 plus years and they are the BEST group of people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting

As usual, my husband and I were treated professionally, expeditiously, and compassionately. We highly commend and recommend Dr. Willis and her staff for their ongoing high levels of professional demeanor, competence, and personalized care.

I love Dr. Willis and her staff. They’re super friendly and personable. They’ve always been more than happy to answer any questions and respond to any concerns I have as well as do their best to work me in for unexpected incidents.

Dr. Willis and staff provided excellent care to my entire family! Dental care was top notch, but the personal care to my family members was even more outstanding!

Dr. Catharine B. Willis has been my Dentist for years. Always receive honest assessment of what is needed and estimate on prices when requested. Other members of our immediate family also use Dr. Willis and her Professional Staff for their dental needs. I have heard no complaints.

Dr. Willis is the only dentist I will use. Even after I moved 2 hours away I still would drive back to use her because she is so gentle. I've always had a major fear of needles but I've never even noticed when she gives me the shot. My 5 and 8 year olds are patients there now, as well, and they love her and the whole staff. Been going here since a kid. The ladies are always friendly and always take care of me and my family!

After 5 months, still waiting for their office to reimburse me for the portion of the office visit paid by my insurance. Their response every time I call, "The Doctor forgot to sign the check".
