Had back surgery last June with him, and he was very nice and helpful, but since then he’s canceled my appointment five times. I haven’t been able to see him and had to find a completely new surgeon and a new network because he refuses to see me. Each time I get a call saying he’ll be out of the office. Just unfortunate and time consuming. The did my neck surgery and he has been the best dr i have ever seen i will recommend him to everyone i might thank you again i have feelings in both hands again

I recently had surgery on my neck that needed much more done to it than even i realized. After looking at MRI Dr. Smith showed me what he saw on MRI and showing me what was wrong and explained to me what he saw on MRI each step of the way. Dr Smith and everyone at his office gave me the best care that I have ever had anywhere else. And the nurses and doctors at St Francis also gave me the best medical care I have ever had anywhere else. I cant say thank you enough to Dr Smith and everyone involved with my surgery and medical care. Totally top notch care all the way. Very highly recommended to anyone and everyone. I was in so much pain I could not bear it and the nerve to my leg was dying from a botched procedure by a different doctor. Dr. Smith agreed to do emergency back surgery since my back doctor was on vacation. It was a long and difficult procedure due to my large size but I came through that virtually pain free. Nerve damage has healed substantially. Excellent doctor and wonderful person. Very informative - tells you the good and the bad. Very compassionate too. 5+ out of 5 rating.

Dr Smith is Great! I have no complaints with him, the way the clinic is run however is another story! The wait times are ridiculous! We waited an hour and half after her scheduled appt time to see the Dr. this last time we went to Scoliosis Clinic! I was seriously thinking about leaving, had we been waiting in the waiting room we would have. My daughter was called back and had her xray done then we waited in the hall for 25 minutes before they brought us to the room where we waited for 40 minutes! Dr Smith did my lumbar laminectomy. He did an awesome job and he truly cares for his patients. Excellent Dr. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Smith is an amazing Dr. He did my 2nd back surgery and have me back my life. I went into my surgery with little to no feeling I'm my feet and legs. And had no hope of ever working again. But with Dr. Smith I am now walking and working 40 plus hours a week. I owe my life to Dr. Casey Smith.

Dr. Smith is amazing. I wont ever let another dr touch my back.

He seems to be a competent doctor, but his follow-up is disappointing. It's inconsiderate to give a patient a time line and then not follow through with it leaving them in suspense for a serious injury.

My back was an absolute mess from a car accident with several bulging discs and partial paralysis was starting. When my doctor was on vacation, he was willing to accept me as his patient and fused the damaged area of my back. He has checked on my progress frequently and explained things very well. Well recommended.
