Great experience and wonderful staff!
Amazing experience here and I love my new smile! The staff was very friendly and my appointments were always quick in and out!
I have had my braces for over two years, and everything has been okay. I got my braces tightened/got a wire changed and everything was normal. Later, I was in excruciating pain and when I looked in my mouth, my gums were extremely inflamed and bleeding. There was no emergency number or contact listed either, so we had to call around. We went to another orthodontist place in North Olmstead and they told me what the issue was. We were in and out of there in five minutes, no charge or anything. I found out that the issue I was having is common, but Dr.O'Conor and staff never mentioned anything of the sort. Very disappointed. Dr. O'Conor did a great job and I love my new smile.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are very easy to work with and will work with you on payment options. Dr. O'Conor always gave a brief update after each of my daughter's check ups. My daughter's teeth look beautiful. I highly recommend Dr. O'Conor.
