He moved my teeth using Smile Direct Club without ever examining me or having any knowledge of how to move teeth. Now I have on going dental problem because of that. And all this to just make $50. I have been seeing Casey Nelson for a long time, before he took over Nicollet Dental. Followed him to the current location. Years of trouble with my teeth. With his help my teeth and gums are doing fantastic. Kudos to his wonderful hygienists as well. Would highly recommend.

I was treated by "Doctor" Nelson via Smile Direct. After reporting I was displeased with the results I was sent another 2 months of aligners, these new aligners have pulled my teeth away from the bottom back causing large gaps and large amounts of food to get stuck every time I ate. I made an appointment with my dentist concerned I had a cavity only to find out the aligners I was wearing were causing serious trauma to my teeth and gums.

Used Dr. Casey for my invisible aligners through smile direct. They did not work and have left my teeth loose.

Dismissive about concerns and treatment.

These really must be scammed reviews. Disgusted with his smile direct “over the internet” care.insisted my son continue his aligned that made his gums bleed and damaged his teeth.

Treating doctor at smileclub. Advised my son to continue wearing aligners that are damaging his teeth and gums.
