Dr. Bonaquist is very thorough and spends time reviewing my concerns and setting treatment goals. Excellent care.

Been through a lot over the last 2 years my doctors and care team have encouraged and inspired me to stay on my goals for life and health.

Loveee Dr.Bonaquist, as well as her office. Her energy is so positive and bright. She makes you feel comfortable and heard, you can definitely tell that she loves her job. I will continue with her for as long as I can.

Friendly staff

Got in quickly to be seen when I was sick. Wonderful nurse and PA (Rachel) that quickly took care of me and got me on the road to recovery.

Office staff is always friendly, helpful and quick to respond and get an appointment scheduled when I need one. Dr Bonaquist is fantastic and very knowledgeable. She listens well, gets to know you and treats you as if you were her own family member!

Great friendly service

Very pleased and fortunate to move from New Jersey and find an awesome group of physicians and nursing staff at Baptist Health Center

Dr Robert Kawa is who I saw. He is amazing! Very good diagnostician. Very knowledgable about the musculoskeletal system and treats issues in the office. Highly recommend him!

I was looking for a new doctor since we moved to a new area, so I did my research and decided to see Dr. Bonaquist because of her good reviews. I called the office and specifically asked to see her, and wanted to do a physical on my first visit. I had also reported pain on the right side and once I went to the office, the nurse told me I can’t do the physical since I have a specific pain and the doctor is seeing me just for that. While I was waiting in the room, she barge open the door, no knock no nothing, I thought that was very rude. Then she started asking questions and most of them were irrelevant to my visit. She was giving me a side eye while typing, and was condescending. She NEVER physically examined me even though the reason for my visit was a sharp pain on my right side and pain on my knee. She just asked questions and told me she had ordered a CT Scan but once I went to the front desk, I was told it was multiple blood works that she ordered and the CT scan is if nothing comes back from the test. Nothing came back from blood work and they never referred me to get the CT scan to this day. I called back to get my results weeks later and scheduled a virtual visit with a NP. She was more professional, caring, and wanted me to go back in person to have my knees examined. That was what Dr. Bonaquist supposed to do the first day, physically examine me. I have never experienced such a bad treatment from a doctor, and will never go back to that office again. But I still wonder what sets me apart from all her patients who gave her all the best ratings. Love Dr. Bonaquist upfront and so caring I refuse to go anywhere else. Staff has always helped me with billing etc. Thankful I’ve found such an amazing primary care physician and nurses.

Terrible experience. Not just my opinion but many others in the community as well. Codes incorrectly to insurance companies to get more money. Takes advantage of patients for profit. Not willing to help with refills (even during the pandemic) unless she gets paid for an office visit ! The poor staff has to spend all their time defending her decisions and following up on billing errors! Do not go to this office! You will not be any healthier for it , just stressed out and broke when you are done !

Very disappointing experience. I never typically take the time to write a review but felt compelled because the experience with your doctor is a critical one and I just feel like there should be a higher standard. I was contacted by the Baptist Primary care office to schedule an appt because they said they had found abnormalities with a recent test and the Dr. would like to discuss. Of course this creates a bit of concern and anxiousness. Fast forward to the appt and when the Dr. came into the room she had absolutely no idea why i was there. She hadn't looked at my chart and when she did she looked at the wrong test and started talking about results from something completely unrelated. It was beyond frustrating and honestly it was the worst experience I can recall at a dr. appt. If the Dr.s office calls and asks you to come in for a follow up due to results of a test, the least they should do is actually be prepared to speak about the results. as a patient I put my health and trust into the Dr...asking them to be prepared is not a lot to ask. She's an awful doctor. She spends two minutes with you and makes you come in every few months. I think she is more worried about generating revenue through office visits than patient care. I cant stress how bad the entire staff at Baptist Nocatee is. Beware!! Check all her reviews...they are not good. Horrible Experience! Got out of the hospital with pneumonia and was told to follow up with primary care doctor the next day so went in to see Dr. Bonaquist without an appointment and she made me wait in a patient room for 3 hours (from 10-1pm) before coming into see me. I was extremely sick, coughing continuously and hadnt been able to sleep in days because of the coughing. When she finally came in after she also went to lunch, knowing I was waiting and the entire clinic could hear me coughing continuously, she said patients with appointments are the priority and was very rude and non empathetic. I understand appointments are the priority however, medical emergencies happen and I’m sure any other patient would understand a doctor taking 10 minutes to check on a very sick patient with pneumonia. Also, take levathyroxin for my thyroid and Dr. Bonaquist makes getting mail order refills nearly impossible! I have been on levathyroxine at the same .75 micrograms for years from previous doctor that I had for years prior to moving to Florida/Nocatee. This is a very common medication, not at all a controlled substance. First she didn’t approve the mail order because she said I had to come in for a lab draw which is typical once a year for hypothyroid before she would renew my prescription but once I did the labs and everything was fine, she denied the renewal again saying I had to come in for an office visit every 6 months. I have never heard of or experienced having to have 6 month office visits outside of the once a year physicals and in my opinion is another way to charge for an office visit. You would have thought I was trying to get a prescription for a controlled substance or something. After a year of these type of bad experiences and rude office staff, and lack of follow through and doctor/nurses not returning phone calls, I changed primary care doctors even though the convenience of the Nocatee location was ideal. The staff could not even get that right. I went into the office to fill out the form to have my medical records transferred and they sent request to my new doctor asking for their records. I immediately got a call from my new primary care office asking if I was leaving. I absolutely was not leaving and called Dr. Bonaquist office to ensure my medical records were transferred to the new office. I also inquired as to why the mistake of request when I came in and filled out the form in person. I was told someone would call me back and no one ever did! They still have not transferred my medical records so when I asked if I could pick up my records and hand deliver them to my new doctor they said they would have to charge me $1 per page. Absolutely rediculous! Never have I experienced such poor customer service. Worst medical practice ever! Location is great but service and medical care is significantly below average. Unprofessional office staff we requested Dr. Bonaquist contact us regarding a recent hospitalization. We were informed by Jody office personnel that the physician does not return patient phone calls we requested a call back from the physicians nurse later in the evening after hours the office manager returned our call and stated a nurse would not be calling us that she’s able to handle all phone calls last time I checked nurses and physicians require a professional medical license to practice very on professional office staff. The physician will be notified of her administrative personnel I wonder if Baptist health system as aware of this offices policies and practices they will be informed if you’re sick in a professional position to establish rapport with look else where. Wow a physician that refuses to call patients back despite a hospitalization or need. Per office manager and office staff Jodi being a manager for 20 yrs should suffice. Last I checked you need an RN or medical degree to advise patients. Per Bonaquist this is considered a "concierge" service. What? Looking for professional, respectable care? Professionalism vs convenience! Baptist should be made aware that the office policies of Dr. Bonaquist are not congruent with excellence in health care.

She is terrific. Listens. Asks good questions. I am very pleased to have her as my PCP. I like her and she is smart as a whip.

We are lucky to have Dr. Bonaquist in Nocatee. I like that she checks everything, they even a lab there. She is very friendly and she always asks about my grandkids. I recommend her to all my friends in Del Webb.

Don't bother going here. They refuse to squeeze you in for an appointment knowing you need one. I tried to talk to the doctor about this but the office manger Jackie refused to let me speak to the doctor saying she only handles these things and makes final decisions about appointments. Does your doctor spend quality time getting to know you and your family? If not, I highly recommend Dr. Casey Bonaquist. Every time we've sought an appointment, we've gotten in quickly and were seen on time. What a blessing, to have Baptist here in our neighborhood, staffed by two quality, caring physicians.

What a GREAT DOCTOR! She is on time and she's the kind of doctor that listens a lot. She has great bedside manners! You can tell she cares about you. I keep saying it’s great for Nocatee that we have her in our neighborhood, looks like a lot of people want to see her I heard she has a wait list.
