Dr. Cary M Silverman

The doctor may be great but I did not get a chance to meet him. I wanted a consultation but was told I'd have to have a complete exam, etc. I made an appointment but the office then screwed up the time and date and changed it on me without asking. Calling the office to correct their error was fruitless and frustrating. These screw-ups by the staff do not bode well, and I won't go forward.

Dr Cary Silverman broke an instrument in my eye he has caused me years of suffering and lost vision in the eye he removed the cataract from. I just heard of someone else who had a vision loss after having surgery with this Dr.

I have been going to this practice for nearly 20 years! I would be blind if it were not for Eye Care 2020! They are all very nice,professional and on time with appointments!

I've been seeing Dr. Silverman since he was in Parsippany. I recently had cataract removal and implants. It was a great experience even for a sissy like me. Dr. Silverman is excellent and I highly recommend him.

Friendly staff. Clean comfortable waiting area. Great Thorough Exam. Dr.Silverman is a delight. Makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Silverman.

Constantly behind schedule!!! Very frustrating!!! The exam is all of five minutes and the wait is generally an hour or more! When patients enter the facility they should be given an accurate wait time---not automatically be told the doctor is on time.

This is probably one of the greatest doctors I have had in 51 years. Restored me from legally blind after a cataract removal gone bad and put me to 20/30 in 3 minutes! No one else to use. Staff was a pleasure and professional. Office was clean and NO wait time!

I was kept waiting for an hour before I was taken for testing. It was another 2 hours before I got to see Dr Silverman. His staff left me in a room without coming back to me once. When I finally saw him, he spent 10 minutes with me, giving me a detached assessment with an almost disinterested demeanor. I left feeling very uncomfortable with the whole experience. On my way out, the staff confirmed that this was the norm at his offices. I would not recommend this Dr even though he seems to have acquired a reasonable reputation.
