Great and competent doctor
Dr. Kratzer was awesome, very down to earth. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me and answered all my questions.
Dr. Kratzer really helped me out yesterday by shaving off a very painful at times callus. He recommended new orthotics and said that I may return as needed. Very professional person!
Been searching for a competent Podiatrist for the past seven years, and have finally found him! Does a excellent and thorough job on keeping my pain away!
He decided to do a "wet" surgery on my ingrown toenail, didn't use a turniquet, there was blood everywhere. Went aggressively into the toe, ground down the bone unnecessarily, then acid burned nail bed, and stitched missed nail matrix back into my toe. It took weeks to recover, severe pain, and I ended up w/ nail spicule on side. Referred me to a colleague who tried to con me into severe bon surgery for $3k. Turned it down. Duke fixed it 2 yrs later w/simple wedge! He was never accountable.
