He was ok up until he grabbed my chin n shook it up n down saying RELAX your chin. That was awful. He also chastised a assistant in front of me....uncomfortable. Although he isn't a nice man and has these flaws he did make a beautiful denture. My current dentist always comments on them...every visit and its been 5 years. They fit great and I love them. I hope this isn't a negative reflection on Feather River Tribal Health or its staff because they are great.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Carrel Balderston. He is very professional. He explains procedures beforehand in an understanding and thorough manner. Due to my gum sensitively, local and/or sedation is used. Comfort for the patient is important. They all work together to make the dental experience positive. I will be returning for many visits. His staff are very friendly and helpful. Kudos to all.

I want to publicly thank Dr. Sam Balderston for his calm, patient and rational approach to my dental emergency today, January 18, 2018. He was able to handle my difficult dentistry issues quickly and professionally while maintaining a deminor that reassured me each step of the way. He and his outstanding staff made a terrifying situation bareable. I was truly impressed with the compassion I was shown by each and every employee there. Doctor Balderston is completely professional. I am a new patient with his office, and i am someone whom has anxiety when it comes to dental work. Doctor is proficient and knowledgeable, easing my stress of procedures. I trust his judgement and work on my teeth completely!

Overall positive experience. I was able to get in quickly and Dr. Balderston extracted one of my teeth and I had no issues afterwards. Healed up great. Dr.Balderston seems like an honest, good man. Staff was friendly, too.
