DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS LIKE I DID. i went here because i desperately needed help with my undiagnosed endometriosis, the MA was very kind, but as soon as Dr Quist barged in without knocking i knew it was going to be terrible, and it was the worse experience i’ve ever had with a doctor. Dr Quist did an extremely painful exam without walking me through any of it. She tried to use a tool that was way too big for me and it took 3 painful tries to realize it didn’t fit. She left dismissive comments about my previous lack of treatment and for some reason commented on the shape of my spine (not helpful). She left me in excruciating pain that continued for days, i cried all day and still shiver when i think about how rough she was. i am going to have to find another doctor because I don’t want her to do my surgery. She’s extremely unprofessional, i don’t know how she has any good reviews.

I will not be back to this office. She is unprofessional and rude. She laughed when I was in pain during an exam. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a doctors appointment before. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I would rather a doctor who actually listens and who ACTUALLY wants to help their patients, not make faces at them and laugh. Felt bullied. Dr Quist has been my doctor for 23yrs. She delivered my daughter 21yrs ago and has been fully trusted with her complex medical issues now that she has reached the age to need a gynecologists care. My only regret with Dr Quist is that she doesn’t still practice obstetrics as she is the only doctor I’d fully trust to deliver my future grandchildren. My experiences with her and her staff have been professional, timely and handled with care and consideration. She goes above and beyond!! Dr Quist has been my doctor for 23yrs. Saw her upon recommendation. She was ok, I needed someone to manage my hormones and yearly exam. Her male medical assistant made me feel uneasy at check in( he wasnt present during exam, thank God). I still won't return because of that. Not sure she even has a nurse.

Dr. Quist.....I am so sad after coming to you for so many years, I retired and I'm now on medicare. When I came for my visit last week I was informed that you were not in the Medicare network and I would have to pay "out of pocket" for the visit. Going forward I'll have to look for a new physician for my Well Woman annual visits. I will truly miss you and if asked I will be more than happy to recommend. Best of luck in your practice ! Kristi

Would never recommend, especially for someone with sexual trauma. The staff is nice, but Dr quist is very condescending, curt, and mocking. I feel like she has one routine for her patients with my condition and doesn't want to work to find other options if that doesn't do well for you. I had a procedure and asked for it to be explained, and it wasn't. She doesn't talk you through what it going on, can be startling and rough when she touches you. The whole experience was very problematic (This was my second visit, after hoping she was just having a bad day the first time)- I went back to my car and cried. I have a service dog for ptsd and he couldn't even help me because because I was recoiling from any touch from anyone for 48 hrs after. From beginning to end it was an incredible experience. Everyone is so nice and attentive. Very professional.

Im 33 and I have have not been able to find a doctor that understands me or he is direct but also informative. When I say informative...Carolyn Quist made sure I understood the urgency of my condition. She decided that I needed surgery right away and this was or could eventually be life threatening. Suffering from utwrine fibroids/polps/cyst for about 10 years. I understood her right away and I trusted her right away. She took very good care of me including her staff and the surgical team at Baylor Scott and White. I may have not been here sooner or later if I waited. Thank you so much and I cant wait to see you for post op appointment and thank you in person. I will continue our relationship and my daughter will definitely seeing you in the near future. Dr. Quist is amazing! I have never felt so comfortable in an office. Everything is top of the line and so well thought out to ensure a fabulous experience. I moved out of the area, but recently moved back. I cannot wait to go bac! She's amazing and I love her office!

I have been a patient of Dr Quist's since 1997 and have had nothing but exceptional and personalized care. Doctor/patient relationship is so important and she is the best of the best. Highly recommend!

I hope things have changed with Carolyn Quist. My experience in 1999 and 2000 with Dr Quist was far from pleasant. I felt she treated me poorly after she learned I was not married, only living with fiance at the time of our pregnancy. I was going she was retired by now but she's not. I hope she's nice to her unwed mothers now in 2020.

I have been seeing Dr. Quist for 20 years. She has helped me through my female issues. Her staff is one of a kind!

I have been seeing Dr. Quist for a year now. Dr. Quist and her staff have been wonderful. I have never felt more welcome and comfortable with a doctor. Other doctors never seemed to care about thyroid and hormonal issues. It's great to have a doctor that cares and helps.

Dr. Quist is a great ob gyn. I have been using her for over 10 years. She never rushes you and listens well.

My experience with the office staff went from good to horrible. I was referred to this office regarding a Cyst on my Ovary. I made it clear that I was a cash patient and needed a payment plan. At the end of the office visit I was told by the business manager that full payment was expected at the time of the visit. There is no payment plan and that my doctor's office (primary) was mistaken. The problem is the staff is not on one accord at Dr. Quist's office. Now I have wasted $191.00 plus an additional $15.00 for nothing. I have to locate another source to help me. Used her when she still did OB. Hands down the most practical down to earth doc I've ever known. Used her again 8 years later and manages to find thyroid cancer my other ob missed upon a neck palpation.

Dr. Quist has gone above and beyond for me as her patient. She is warm yet professional and I have been blessed to be in her practice. Her staff also always takes care of whatever I need (and trust me I need lots of things! ;) ) You can't go wrong if you choose Dr. Quist. ~JMc

I am new to Fort Worth and was referred to Dr Quist by a friend. Turns out I was very lucky because due to Dr Quist’s attention to detail and insistence that I get a mammogram my breast cancer was caught super early when it was highly treatable. My outcome was positive and Dr Quist was fantastic, she referred me to two breast cancer specialists so that I could decide who I felt most comfortable with. I also appreciate how much effort she seems to put into keeping on top of the latest trends in medicine. Rather it’s a vitamin regime, weight control therapies or even incontinence and sexual dysfunctions issues her office seems to be willing to research and provide the current trends and options. Terrible bed side manner. Would not recommend to college age girls who are looking for a gynecologist. I cried the whole time I was here and not once did anyone ask if I was okay.

I've been with Dr. Q for 2+ years she my top choice for my womanly personal needs.

Dr. Quist performed surgery on me and the results were amazing. After going thru years of being on the sidelines due to incontinence she resolved the issue and enabled me to become active again. Her staff manage appointment requests very well and frankly I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Quist and her caring staff.

I personally did not have a good experience with Dr. Quist. It was my first OBGYN appointment ever, so needless to say I was a little anxious. Her smug expression, critical comments of my body, and lack of empathy clearly communicated she couldn't care less. Additionally, any questions I had, she gave very short, curt answers that weren't helpful at all. When I would ask a new question, hoping for a further detailed explanation, she would roll her eyes and give me the same answer as before.

Dr. Quist has a great bedside manner and will give you the direct truth. She is a brilliant physician and has provided me with terrific treatment for more than a decade. She looks at a medical situation holistically and will make an effort to treat the root of the problem instead of covering up a problem with medications. I am a new patient of Dr. Quist. Her office staff gave excellent service. I did not have to wait long before I saw Dr. Quist. She has excellent bedside manner and it is clear she is working within her passion and her gift. I came on a referral from my PCP, Dr. C. Woodland, but I am glad it was to Dr. Quist.

Dr Quist is caring, knowledgeable and informative. She spends as much time as you need her to answer all of your questions and concerns. She does take a holistic approach, which works well with me. Anytime she has referred me out, her staff makes sure I get an appointment in a timely manner and she follows up with me to make sure I'm being helped. She has been my doctor for over 17 years now and I will continue to recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr Quist for at least 17 years and have been very please with her services until today 11-2-15 . I am turning 65 this month so have been forced to go on Medicare. When I arrived to my annual check up appointment at Dr Quist's office today, I was told she would not see me because I am now on Medicare AND I DO NOT HAVE ANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS. Why wasn't I told last year that she would not see me when I had to go on Medicare??? To drop me like a hot rock at the time of my appointment without any further explanation was extremely rude!! Dr. Quist's office did call to say that Dr Quist can and will see me if I have any problems. Dr Quist cannot do a well woman exam once you are on Medicare. I was also told it was my fault for not telling the office my insurance had changed and I was going on Medicare at the time I made the appointment. I never gave it a thought since I had been a patient for so long and nothing had been mentioned. HEALTHY PATIENTS ABOUT TO GO ON MEDICARE BEWARE. YOU TOO WILL BE DROPPED LIKE A HOT ROCK.
