BEST DR. EVER! We ( my husband and I) think she's awesome, we've been seeing her for years! And we love her staff too! Thanks Dr.C for all that you do!!

I love Dr. Castiglia but she definitely needs to change her staff or change their attitude. Although she has recently hired two very nice ladies, the lady in administration really lacks a good attitude and the willingness to make a little effort to show that she is at least doing her job without being so miserable. I asked for a receipt for my insurance company and she gave me a credit card receipt from the printer which is insufficient for reimbursement. So I asked again and her demeanor was such total reluctance and made me feel as if I was asking her to get up from her desk ore go the extra mile. I will continue to go see Dr. Castiglia because I love her but the administration really needs a “substantial” improvement. Garbage person to person care. Recently I had developed a concerning medical issue. I called her office only to find out that I had been dropped as I patient because I did not give them enough business. Frankly just wanted to explain my situation to her. I was then told by the secretary that I was not considered one of her patients any more and she would not be able to speak to me. Just want to speak to her for 5 minutes when she got a chance or even the next day or two. I was told to go to urgent care if it was that serious. The secretaries attitude was cringe worthy. She would say things like you said that all ready, you said that all ready. I was 100% polite and cordial until the end I could not take her flippant attitude any more.. If they dropped me as a patient it would have been courteous to send me a letter saying so this way i could have started looking for someone else and not be blind sided by this under less then ideal circumstances :(

Before you find my criticism too harsh I want to say that the people you hire directly represent you so yes Dr. Castiglia is responsible for her employees actions as well as the procedural guidelines that are set up in her office. I was accepted as a patient and came in for a normal check up. Almost three years had elapsed. I felt good and had no health issues. Staff was not well prepared, lost my Mother’s medical files, we were promised a call from Dr Castiglia for results and she never called. That’s for starters. They are a disaster. Been seeing Dr Castiglia for years, attentive, caring, takes the time to listen and explain, the best doctor I've ever had

Terrible. There is always at least a 30 minute wait. I have been waiting for the results from a physical for over a month and I need to give my job updated physical forms. I have contacted them 4 times. They performed tests on me that were not covered by my insurance company and now I am stuck with a large payment balance. They do NOT cross reference your insurance to see the tests that are covered for physicals. The office staff's response was "sorry, we will check next time." 'Sorry' won't pay this balance. I can't comment on the doctor's performance because I have only been seen by the Physician Assistants. I would not recommend this office to anyone who values their time and money. Terrible. Very sad that I have to switch from Dr Castiglia because I love her BUT I won’t be talked to the way her office staff speaks to people. None of these girls should be working In a office environment where they deal with people especially sick people ... the fact that I can hold the phone away from my ear while getting attitude after just being released from the emergency room. They are nasty bully type people and I can longer go to this office. Dr. Castiglia is the BEST doctor around. Her staff is hard-working and always very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good doctor!!!

Excellent from start to finish. Was seen within minutes and everyone was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone including family!

Excellent, great diagnosis ability.

Dr. Castiglia was much better in the past. Lately she seems to be calling it in. Half the time she doesn’t return calls even if it has to do with medication dosage. And forget about lab results you’re lucky if you hear back within two weeks. Her office staff is definitely not up to speed. It’s really too bad. I think she’s a good doctor when she actually listens and pays attention but that’s hard to come by these days. I’ve been a patient for a lot of years but I’m considering changing docto

Dr. Castiglia has been my doctor since 2003 and I trust her completely. She has always shown caring and expertise and makes referrals if she thinks a problem or siyuayion requires specialized medical knowledge. She is open and friendly and has a kind demeanor.

An “ok” doctor. Staff at front desk is unprofessional and unreliable. Wait time for a scheduled appoibtment is AlWAYS an hour or more.

Dr. Castiglia is very caring, makes accurate diagnoses, and is dedicated to patient care. It's a pleasure to be her patient.

Love Dr. Castiglia and her office! Always able to get an appointment when needed, well taken care of, and always followed up on. If there is a wait, it is always worth it to be in great hands! My whole family uses this office and I'd recommend the practice to anyone!

Dr. Castiglia is professional, efficient yet personable and above all is a superb clinician. I feel that my health has improved under her care and by following her suggestions. I highly recommend her for excellent medical care.

I had a completely horrendous experience with this doctor. Her listening skills need some major work! I felt afraid and vulnerable to begin with, I had been through so much. I had originally been told her partner was a great diagnostic. I shared my painful experiences with her, yet she just behaved so coldly. I asked if I could make an appointment with the other doctor she patronizingly just said no. I found her to be unprofessional, even hurtful. I went to my car in tears.

Truly a caring doctor. Would highly recommend her. Buse office, but worth the wait. Excellent in accurate diagnosis.

Dr. Castiglia is kind caring and personable physician. It is so rare today that you meet a medical professional who is so professional. Her staff is very admirable.

She's the best doctor ever! My whole family goes to see her.
