Dr. Caroline Yeager has been my (and then my mom and sister's) dermatologist for quite a few years now. As a family, we've had our fair share of challenging rashes, skin biopsies, as well as chronic conditions like rosacea. The office doesn't have a portal yet (please invest in a system!) which is usually a deal-breaker for me, but Dr. Yeager more than makes up for it. She is extremely bright and astute without ego. She is soft-spoken, empathetic and gentle. I never feel rushed or hurried during appointments. As patients, we have all of her attention; she's completely engaged. She's a talented analytical thinker who has found answers - and solutions! - to various medical mysteries. I trust Dr. Caroline Yeager's judgement explicitly, not just me, but my beloved family members as well. Excellent doctor! Very warm and descriptive about what she was doing. Very clean and organized office. Highly recommend.

The doctor is excellent. Its the staff who workers there!!! they are so irresponsible and rude.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Caroline Yeager. She recently performed a procedure on me. She knew I was scared to death going into the procedure and she made the whole thing "as easy" as anyone could have. She was amazing - did a fantastic job - her bedside manner is second to none. Dr. Yeager was very nice. I went in for mole removal. Unfortunately, she cauterized my face and left a noticeable burn scar. I’m not going back!

Dr. Yeager prescribed my 7-month old an ointment that was pretty new on the market at that point and whose safety instructions clearly state that its safety has not been tested on children under 2 years of age. Not only that she failed to mention that to me and ask if I would still be ok with it; but given that it's such a new ointment, whose effects haven't been properly studied yet, I can't help but feel that we've been part of a clinical trial, unknowingly of course. She is the sweetest doctor I have ever met. Very professional, punctual, and respectful.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Doctor Caroline Yeager is one of the nicest doctors I have met. She put me at ease about the examination and was very thorough in her explanations and answers to my questions. The thing I liked best was that I did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Yeager prescribed my 7-month old an ointment that was pretty new on the market at that point and whose instructions clearly state that its safety has not been tested on children under 2 years. However, she failed to mention that to me; and given that it's such a new ointment, whose effects haven't been properly studied yet, I can't help but feel that we've been part of a clinical trial, unknowingly of course. And that is below any basic level of professionalism and human decency!

Dr. Caroline Yeager is a terrific physician. She is very knowledgeable, listens and communicates well. She is thorough in doing my skin checks, and after any procedure she does, she always calls to make sure I'm doing ok. Best dermatologist I could have.

She is the best dermatologist in the United States in my opinion, although she was the only dermatologist I ever had an appointment with. She is very easy to talk to and identifies the problems with your skin right away. If anyone is in need of a dermatologist, I would recommend Dr. Caroline Yeager. Today I had my 2nd annual dermatology checkup w/ Dr. Caroline Yeager at Shady Grove Dermatology in Rockville. When I met Dr. Yeager in 2016, I was immediately impressed with her knowledge and lovely demeanor. I had a very positive experience last year and decided to go back this year for another check up. Today's appt. absolutely confirmed that Dr. Yeager is stuck with me for life. :) She is charming, patient, kind & makes you feel like she has all the time in the world. She assisted me greatly

Very nice front desk staff and clean facility. Dr. Caroline Yeager and her assistant were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place and Dr. Yeager to friends and family!!
