Was trying to make appointment but number not in service ???? and I was going off reviews

So i took off of work so i could go to the appointment which is tomorrow but then tell me today that the dr is retiring and that they cant do it and to find another oral surgeon so now im missing out on money i could be getting.

Three out of four of my family members, including myself, have all seen Dr Webber for treatment at different times. She is so professional and has such a calm demeanor that you are put immediately at ease. Her staff is just as caring and efficient as she is. Dr. Webber and her staff did excellent work! They were very thorough before and after surgery to remove a wisdom tooth. I would highly recommend them.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Webber and her team. I was incredibly nervous about the procedure in general. Once I was taken back for the surgery I was feeling anxious but the team took awesome care of me. I was so comfortable while getting the IV and I don’t remember a thing! Even when I woke up, I wasn’t groggy, nauseous or loopy. It was awesome. To top it all off... Dr. Webber called me at 9 p.m. (surgery was at 8 am that morning) to check in on me. Such a caring and wonderful woman! She removed my daughter’s wisdom teeth and we could not have asked for a more positive experience. Dr. Webber is an EXCELLENT oral surgeon.

Dr Webber and her staff are amazing. She took my daughters wisdom teeth out and my daughter had very little bruising or pain. Her office staff did everything to keep us safe and comfortable during the pandemic. We didn’t have any issues with our insurance or payments. I will be taking all my kids to see Dr. Webber!!

I was very sceptical about getting multiple teeth extracted before my braces, but Dr. Webber gave me the confidence I needed. She's very one-on-one and makes sure you feel comfortable. There's a great supporting staff also. I'm definitely glad she came recommended.

Dr Weber was good however the office staff is not knowledgeable of insurances and I think they are fraudulently billing insurance companies. We have dual dental insurance and was still quoted a high patient responsibility because the lady in the office tried to tell us that they could pick which insurance they billed primary. They wanted to bill my secondary first because they paid more. After paying the patient responsibility we received another high bill because the insurance didn’t pay what they thought they would. I asked for them to work with me on the balance and they refused. Konikoff offices have gone down in customer service since they went corporate. I would not recommend any Konikoff office to anyone. Pay attention to your insurance quotes before using them. Dr Weber was good however the office staff is not knowledgeable of insurances and I think they are fraudulently billing insurance companies. Caroline and her crew are so amazing. Nothing is fun about emergency tooth surgery in your 40s. She came highly recommended. From the first consultation and 2 surgeries later I have to say I couldn’t be more pleased. The entire staff is very professional, informative, friendly and prompt. Dr. Weber and the whole staff were so incredible. I had to have a tooth extracted and it was quick. They throughly explained everything. Dr. Weber and Belinda are an amazing team. If you have to have any oral surgery I definitely recommend Dr. Weber and her staff. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I'm bit of a "nervous nelly" when it it comes to having anywork done in my mouth. To complicate matters, I have a complex medical situation, yet Dr. Weber and staff made me feel comfortable. Not saying I'm looking forward to having my procedure done,(who is???) but very confident to having it done with Dr.Weber!

Dr Webber was perfect. She made me feel so comfortable that I didn't realize that the tooth was pulled and her work was done. The charge was also easy on my purse.

Her & her whole staff are sweet & made sure I was calm & comfortable when I got 3 teeth pulled. I would let everyone I know to go to them. I’m so happy I found a great dentist.

We had a very nice consultation with Dr. Webber, the staff was thorough and accommodating. Dr. Webber explained the procedure to my son and I in a manner that was easy to comprehend for all parties involved. They are always so consider of the patient and timing. When I had to postpones, they did it to the best of their ability. When I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, they treated me well when I wasn't reacting well to the gas. They comforted me and helped me through.

Dr. Webber, staff and office atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. Takes a couple of weeks to get an appointment but definitely worth the wait. Didn’t wait too long in waiting room. Procedure was explained well by Dr. Webber and she made sure I had no questions. I believe the entire time spent in office was just about an hour.

I am 45 and have been fortunate to never have issues with cavities or my teeth until my wisdom teeth recently. I have a horrible phobia of anesthesia and any type of surgical procedures. I even walked out of a previous surgery at another Dentist. This team is exceptional!!!! Highly recommend them from start to finish.

I was very nervous about the surgical procedure I was about to have. The staff is wonderful and did their best to assure me that everything would be ok. They are truly a great team. Teamwork was shown and proved. Dr. Webber is awesome. I am recovering well and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Dr. C. Webber is nothing short of miraculous! My eldest son saw her in 2012 & I was impressed then. What really stood out to me was went my younger son (now 18) had to see her last week because his the roots of his wisdom teeth had fully formed, Dr. Webber made sure to get him in for surgery ASAP. His original date of surgery was 2/26/18 but she knew how important it was to his health that he had the surgery (again ASAP) I was called by the office yesterday 2/6/18 & his surgery was this morning 2/7/18. My first surgery was in the Chesapeake office at Greenbrier. The second surgery was at the VA Beach office on Viking Drive ,I had not been to this office before and I was glad to see the same Nursing Staff that was with Dr. Webber in the Greenbrier office. The professional, friendly , yet genuinely caring care is what I received from the staff and Dr. Webber from day one. All of the office staff that I have met is personable, courteous and prompt in handling appointments, insurance and questions . The Nursing staff introduces themselves and tells you step by step what they are doing and what each piece of equipment is for ( I.e monitors) . Their chair side "chat" puts you at ease . Within a couple of Days you also receive a phone call to ensure post-op aftercare is going well. I highly recommend this skilled team for any of your oral / dental care needs. Dr. Webber is absolutely amazing! I had a procedure done today and I was experiencing a high level of anxiety prior to arrival. Dr. Webber made sure I was as comfortable and as pain-free as possible. My youngest daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Doctor Weber about a year-and-a-half ago and I recently went there for a consultation on possible oral dysplasia and both Dr. Weber and all of her staff are extremely nice, caring, and genuine! Yesterday afternoon I went to Dr. Carolyn Webber's practice for a previously scheduled consultation. At 63 years old, I had recently noticed what looked and felt like a wisdom tooth coming in. Dr. Webber found that I actually had a few roots coming through that were left over from a tooth extraction done several years ago. Her recommendation was that they be removed within the next week. In order to accomodate my work schedule, I hesitantly asked if she could make room for my surgery while I was there for the consultation. Within a few minutes, after she had spoken with her team members, my surgery was worked into their afternoon schedule and begun within the hour. She and her staff couldn't have been more accomodating and professional. At no time did the surgery seem hurried, even though this was unanticipated by them. Great care was taken to ensure that the affected area was completely numbed, ensuring the procedure was nearly painless, during and after the surgery. Dr. Webber and her staff are wonderful!! They are welcoming, nice, thoughtful and willing to answer all questions even if they are silly. They were very nice and patient with my son before and after surgery with his wisdom teeth. I would recommend them to anyone.

I set up my initial appointment with Dr. Webber because she had previously removed my roommate’s wisdom teeth. The appointment set up was incredibly easy, and I was even able to fill out all of my patient information online. The receptionists (Kris and Amanda, I believe) were friendly, informative, and helpful; they even called me when an earlier appointment date became available, and got me in to see Dr. Webber a couple weeks earlier than originally possible! Dr. Webber was very nice, and immediately set me at ease - I felt very comfortable knowing she would be my surgeon. She answered any questions I had, and even drew pictures next to my X-rays to further explain certain aspects of my surgery. I opted to have all four wisdom teeth removed, including my two bottom impacted teeth. I also chose conscious sedation (Valium and Nitrous Oxide) along with the local anesthetic - the procedure went very well, and I was completely relaxed thoughout. Dr. Webber talked me through each step as she performed it, and the only thing I felt were moments of dull pressure - not an ounce of pain. The only drawback at all was that the quote I was given at the end of my preliminary appointment was slightly more expensive than I had anticipated, but the effortless experience and professionalism of everyone in the office from start to finish made it more than worth it. I was referred to Dr. Webber to have a tooth extracted. The thought of having to go the dentist makes me nervous. Dr. Webber and her staff explained what was going to take place and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I found myself relaxed and ready to have the tooth taken out. Dr. Webber put patient at ease, thoroughly explained treatments and options for impacted wisdom tooth with decay, and was very professional as well as knowledgeable and friendly. She didn’t rush to recommend the most extensive alternative. I really appreciated her conservative assessment of my situation and her self confidence in her ability to do exactly what she said was needed.

My experience was totally outstanding. I was treated courteously and very professionally from check-in through check-out each visit. Everyone was very concerned with my comfort and quality of care. Every step was explained in simple English. Very happy to recommend this practice to anyone needing the services they provide.

My experience was pleasant throughout the process. She seemed to only push for what was needed, and even followed up by phone a couple days after the work was complete. While many oral surgeons can do the same work, few seem to show the same care.

DR Webber extracted my front tooth, painlessly. She explained everything she was doing. She was very thorough, and reviewed my medical history in great detail. She is a very caring and outstanding surgeon.

There is nothing bad I can say....I absolutely love Dr. Webber. She has extracted three of my wisdom teeth, one while I was pregnant. I had braces and major dental work when I was younger, but they would always put me under. Dr. Webber was the first time I had local anesthias...so I was nervous! It was a breeze....and I credit that to her ability to walk you through the procedure as its occurring and constantly checking on how your doing throughout. In wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!!

Dr. Webber extracted all four of my daughter's wisdom teeth during her winter break from school. Not only was she accommodating with scheduling a time that worked for my student but she was wonderful before, during and after my daughter's surgery. Dr. Webber is not only a great surgeon, she is an outstanding person. My daughter (and I) were both very anxious about a procedure to remove 6 teeth, and to expose a 7th in the roof of her mouth. Dr. Webber made sure that my daughter could ask all of the questions she needed to have answered, and made arrangements meant to minimize any stress. She was also completely accessible after the surgery, which made a HUGE difference in my daughter's care. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
