I appreciate Caroline's straightforward approach. She is solutions-based while including empathy and sharing strategies and wisdom to help my child navigate life with different personality types in the day-to-day. She is confident and continues to equip my child with ways to manage feelings and emotions in healthy ways.

Caroline is very professional, experienced and brilliant at guiding clients to discover the source of dysfunction. She is kind, caring and no-nonsense - she will tell you 'like it is' in a sincere and empathetic way because her goal is to help people live a happier, healthier life.

Caroline was condescending, judgemental and did not listen. She seems to take pride in making you feel uncomfortable and put on the spot for judgement. She is not client focused and does not create a helping or understanding atmosphere. She is good at "elevating" herself above you as the patient. I would not recommend this person at all. Absolutely a horrible experience. I went a second time to give her a chance and it was even worse. I do not recommend her.
