She understands how the body responds and how different points of my development affected my responses. Internal Family Systems work is really powerful and helped me understand "who" was showing up in my reactions, why, and how to help regulate myself better. Excellent therapist, very easy to talk to. Specializes in Men's Issues, mainly childhood/sexual trauma, and has great insights in that area. Also dream analysis. Very healing and productive sessions. I am extremely grateful that our paths have crossed.

You only get one chance to make a first impression. In my opinion, by the time someone reaches out for counseling they've already tried yoga and deep breathing exercises, instead an open heart and warm heart.
