Horizon medical care is in my opinion a joke. Two weeks ago the person I was seeing neglected to call me with my blood results which showed I needed a change in my dose of thyroid medicine When I saw it myself I called and asked for a new prescription and they never called me. I waited till Monday snd called again and they said they’ll send the prescription in the night time so I’d have to wait another day on top of the three days I already waited because dr Bonnie or something like that was too arrogant to call my after hours rx in. Fast forward to tonight ( Friday) I’m exhausted.what’s wrong im wondering and then realized the genius gave me the wrong dose and instead if increasing me sue decreased me and I can’t get out of bed. They tell me “ dr” Taylor is in call tonight and she’ll call me in a half hour and call your medicine in. She never called. Just like two weeks again when the last heartless “ dr” from horizon also didn’t bother to call me my medicine in. I just called again and don’t anticipate this Dr cares less about anything but herself or that by their mistake I’m now going on three weeks with the wrong dose. I’m going to make a formal complaint Monday to the dept of health office for medical misconduct and hope people find better health care than this “ dr” who’s too nasty to even return my call let alone direct her colleagues mistake so now I have to either wait days longer or go to urgent care tomorrow. Absolute heartless people.

She is terrible simply put. We will never visit Horizon Medical again. Thank you

This was my first time I did have to wait long to be seen Dr Taylor was courteous and understanding

I came to see doctor Taylor after I had found multiple ticks on my body. She never thought to do anything proactive. Nor did she think to treat me when I clearly exhibited many symptoms of Lymes disease. I have been symptomatic for 2 1/2 months and have yet to receive treatment. The disease has attacked my whole body at this point. I am 34 and I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my knees. Still have to wait another 9 days for the results of my second Lyme test/follow up. (False negatives are common with Lyme) I am seeing a different doctor at this point. There is also a possibility that I have an autoimmune disease from the Lyme. My body is riddled with so many problems now it is hard to keep track. At the beginning of the summer I was a healthy young woman. Now as a result of negligence I am suffering chronic illnesses. Edit: Also, my dreams of improving at guitar and getting into music school are crushed as a result of what the Lyme did to my hands and my hand coordination. I feel it is possible that both Dr. Atardo and Dr. Taylor stigmatized me for my mental health issues and did not believe me about the incidents with the multiple ticks or my symptoms. I also feel that Dr. Taylor simply didn’t care. This situation has been more difficult on my mental health than anything ever before. I am absolutely depressed and devastated. Dr. Taylor is extremely thorough and considerate of my concerns. Her bedside manner is great and I feel like I’m talking to a human being when being seen by her. Sometimes it seems like some doctors are robots and don’t explain medical terms, but Dr. Taylor makes sure that you are comfortable and that you know you can ask her any questions. Every time I meet with her she knows exactly what we are going over whether she is running late or not. I saw a comment about how Dr. Taylor is always late, but doctors run late due patients not making their appointments on time. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor. At the time of my visit Dr. Carol was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I would see her again

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Carol has the bedside manner of a potato, is apathetic at best to the needs of her patients, and worse yet is extremely judgmental and weak stomached. On more than one occasion she has been outright disrespectful, and has made me feel uneasy about bringing up legitimate medical concerns. It has gotten to the point where I am now seeking an alternate doctor. In our last appointment she not only showed up an hour late, but insinuated I was a drug addict when I informed her I had been prescribed ADHD medication by my therapist. She even refused to continue filling my standard prescriptions due to this false, unilaterally misconstrued, notion. 0/10 - This doctor should find a new line of work, public facing medicine is not her forte. Dr Taylor is a gift from God. I moved away from Warwick yet will still only see her. She knows everything about me and truly cares. It’s difficult to find a doctor that you can trust with everything, mind and body. She truly listens and cares deeply.

Dr. Taylor always takes her time and is extremely thorough in our appointments. She really listens, readily addresses any issue I bring up, remembers the details, and is very caring. I am grateful to have found her!

Dr. Taylor is the most caring and engaged physician I have ever experienced. She listens and remembers everything you’ve ever discussed. She treats the person, not just the symptoms! Wait times do reflect that, so bring a book and know that you will get all the time and attention that YOU need!

Dr. Taylors always taken care of any issue I've ever had with the spotlight on care. I really appreciate her

Dr. Taylor is very patient and thorough. She listens to her patients and never seems like she is rushing. I am very confident in her decisions. I highly recommend her.
