Miss Carol A Smith

If you like waiting hours upon hours, this is your lady. She also is slow in just action in general. Slow to come to the room, slow to get a sample, slow to decide what needs to be done, slow speaking, slow gathering thoughts...every move is slow. So much so the person that came with me asked if something was wrong. And she is condescending if you say a medicine she thinks you need to be on makes you feel worse. Like- that is not a choice. Then heaven forbid if you need to schedule because they may not answer the phone and if they do, you'll get the most unprofessional person on the other end of the line. The staff seems incapable of doing their job to say the least and I am seriously not trying to be ugly. The African American nurse is amazing. All others? You need retrain them b/c it's not even their fault come to think of it. No idea how they have patients except for the fact that most walk in, get a shot for 3 years and only have to be tortured with an appointment maybe yearly.

I visited Dr Smith today. She is an unusual medical doctor, in that, she takes all the time you need to make you feel comfortable and informed. She is patient and never pushy. She gently suggested plan for addressing my issues. She answered all of my questions; some of which weren’t about allergies, and calmly waited for my next question. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment.

She works really hard to help you. She is very patient and unlike many doctors she will spend all the time with you she thinks she needs with you and will listen to what you need to say!

Dr. Carol Smith is so thorough and informative. She is a reassuring presence. All my questions were addressed quickly. Her staff is great also.

Dr.Smith is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing her as my doctor since I was about 9 years old, and 13 years has passed and I could never be more pleased. Not only does she care about your health but she cares on a personal level as well. I wish she could be my doctor for everything! Until then she will remain the best Allergy Doc on the planet!!!

She is the first doctor I've seen that has actually laid out a working diagnosis and treatment rather than just throw a rescue inhaler to mask the symptoms. Her demeanor is warm and professional....can't get much better in my book!

My 11 year-old daughter and I were very impressed with Dr. Smith. I love her bedside manner. She truly takes the time to sit and listen to both my daughter and myself. She explained her knowledge of what could be causing my daughter's allergies. When I expressed concern, Dr. Smith was quick to make me feel at ease and reminded me the route we were taking may not be the route to get her allergies under control, but for us to try it out for the time being. i also loved being the only patient there
