Dr Sheldon is incredible!! Because I her, I will always want to have mammograms, etc at a place like Breast Imaging of OU, where the approach is very different from being sent to surgeon who just wants to do a biopsy. When I first saw her, a surgeon had tried an aspiration on my breast, missing the cyst I had found & drawing blood. I would not agree to a biopsy-unnecessary surgery. I found Dr Sheldon & she did a sonogram while explaining to me what I was seeing as I could see as well. The attempt at an aspiration had left a dark area around the cyst so I agreed to an aspiration by Dr Sheldon. I could see the screen on all she did. The needle made the cyst move; if she had not used visual aid, it would not hat have been possible to aspirate. It was successful & benign. I was so thankful to have found her!! A wonderful doctor & educator!!

Dr Sheldon is Outstanding as a Doctor & just as a person!! She did an ultrasound on me & explained what we were seeing. So kind!! A different Doctor had tried to asperate a cyst in my breast & totally missed it but it bled & left it looking not healthy so Dr Sheldon did an aspiration with an ultrasound which made it possible to see where the cyst was. She is wonderful to include the patient in understanding what is happening!!
