My daughter was denied to be accepted as a patient just because she did not have records from other PCP. I explained the situation that she came to the states as an immigrant, she has permanent residency, SSN, insurance , she is legal here. She came just 3 weeks ago and needed PCP. Terrible, she never listened to me about what’s going on with my health, pushes the MTFER thing too much, that and lime disease. Her “ drawings” are a waste of time and money! The final straw for me was , I injured my back at work, she saw me for my initial visit, I had informed the receptionist when I made the initial appointment that this was a workmen’s case. I went to the follow up appointment, was told that she would not treat me for my back issues because it was workmen’s comp! Over 20 years of putting up with sub par care, and she refused my issue because it was a comp case! Whatever you do , avoid this Doctor...she’s terrible! Always pushes her own agenda, almost like she is using her patients as Guinea pigs.....

a dirty doctor. started my mother on prescription pain killer fit for a stage 4 cancer patient. I thought my father put her out of business years ago. Trust that if you need drugs, she'll give you them if you wait in her office for 5 hours or more. Dr. Savage is the reason I went to pharmacy school and the reason I will one day put doctors like her out of business. disgusting egotistical and money hungry. I cannot believe this woman still has her license.

Carol Savage took her mask off during an office visit with me in a small enclosed room. She told me I didn't have to worry about "the COVID 19 thing" because I was young. She told me masks don't protect you from the virus. She told me it didn't matter anyway because she'd already had COVID. She told me that I was probably having interrupted sleep because I watch the news before bed. (which I don't) She yelled at her office assistant in front of me. She had repeat our conversation over and over again as though she couldn't remember what we had just discussed. She made me feel unsafe in her care and distrustful of her judgement.

She's a very nice primary care doctor!!

Her staff are so rude and arrogant. After years of putting up with her and her operation I switched to acton medical. I used to see her just beacuse living in harvard it was convenient but i am so much better off now. Rude, disorganized, and arrogant staff!

She is a nasty doctor and her statf are soooo bad. They are so rude and impossible. So frustrating. She needs to be shut down.
