Very professional doctor and staff. Attentive to my needs. Dr. Haywood is an excellent listener and wants to please.

Dr Carlyle has taken great care of my eyes for years, he keeps a good check on my pressures and looks for any signs of diabetes, which there is none WoooHooo!. Thanks to all the staff Judy

Dr. Haywood is always very pleasant and professional. He let's me know what's going on with my eyes, and listens to my concerns, I really appreciate that.

All of my family goes to doctor Haywood he's very professional and his staff is friendly. I wish they would take their time looking up insurance information though. That is my only issue with this office.

Friendly and professional personnel. Very thorough examination

Could not ask for a better eye dr. for my family! He has seen my 13 yr old for the past 2 yrs and my 11 yr old. They take the time to listen, to learn each of them. I have been to 2 different eye drs for my children and they got frustrated with them, they didn't care about there feelings or nervousness, was NOT ok with me going back with them????!(and before you ask, was it an eye pediatrician? Amazing doctor and staff

Dr. Haywood is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him.

I definitely recommend this practice. I’ve been going since I was younger, even my mom went when she was a little girl! Their customer service is amazing & I’m always greeted when I walk inside the door. They also have a nice range of selection of glasses for those who has Medicaid! I 100% recommend anybody to go! I do drive almost an hour to this office, so trust me it’s great practice with great people that cares! See you soon in 2 years to get my eyes checked again lol. I definitely recommend this practice. I got a tiny piece of metal in my eye, and Dr Haywood fixed me up.

I was surprised to see the doctor with a mask on his chin. Other staff wore masks appropriately.

They ALL were super nice to me and my daughter.

Dr. Haywood was wonderful great personality going to get my glasses there as well. Staff was wonderful as well. Highly recommend him.

I have always had a good experience at Dr. Haywood's office. Dr. Haywood is always upfront with you and tells you exactly what condition yiur eyes are. I appreciated the steps that they took during this Coronavirus outbreak. My temperature was taken before I entered the building, the chairs were 6 feet apart. After the first part of the exam, I waited while the room was cleaned. Everyone wore masks that completely covered their faces. Kudos for following the reccomend guidelines.!! Even during this difficult coronavirus time I found the staff to be patient, professional and attentive. This was my first meeting with Dr Haywood and he right away put me at ease. He addressed my concerns and gave my eyes a thorough exam. He additionally gave me some reading information about my condition. He took the time needed and did not rush through the exam. Dr Haywood office is the best doctor I have ever been to. I've been to several in the past but when I went to see Dr Haywood it was the most relaxing atmosphere that you could experience. from walking in the front door to seeing the doctors, picking out my glasses. Staff is friendly and efficient. Love everyone especially Dr Haywood. Long history with this eye clinic. They take great care of me. Meet all my needs in eye wear. I drive a long distance to get there and it’s my pleasure to do so. I’m so glad they accept me as a patient.

Nose pads on my glasses came off so I called Dr. Haywood's office to ask if they could repair them. Not only did they have me come in as a walk-in right away, but they fixed them on the spot! I was not a patient of theirs but the next time I need new glasses they're my first choice! Highly recommend!

My family has seen Dr. Haywood since 1990s and we are always pleased with the results. He has always been so friendly, knowledgable, professional and skilled in his profession. We have floated to other doctors after moving but always come back because there is no comparison in his ability to satisfy our vision needs.

I went here for an exam, I was told glasses would help me. I picked out a pair and was told they would be there in about 2 weeks. Now I’ve gone to those same day places paid about $350 for glasses that I never wore because they didn’t work for me. 3 weeks later I call and my glasses are in, so ask are they for near or far?, there bifocals they said. Today I picked them up and low n behold they work so good I still have them on. I can see so much better. Thank you Dr. I went here for an exam, I was told glasses would help me.
