Simply the best!

Friendly as He can be !

Dr Taboada is very compassionate and listens very intently! He makes certain that I have all my questions and concerns answered! I highly recommend him!

I've had 2 rounds of breast cancer. Would not go anywhere else. Dr Taboada and Dr Greenberg are great doctors. Make you feel very confident in the treatment. Office staff Sharon for Dr. Taboada and Kelly with Dr Greenberg are very helpful and friendly.

Timely with visit schedule. Little waiting. Thorough with exam.

Dr. Taboada is amazing, He makes me feel like our breast cancer fight is personal. He makes it a point to assure you that you will be fine and he will keep an eye on things. I'm very happy to have him as an Oncologist. He's very knowledgeable, and don't rush pass your questions or concerns.

Dr. Taboada has been treating me for my CLL for 3 years now. Very courteous, and he takes time going over your labs, information you need to know, and involves you in the decision process of treatments and treatment options. Does testing when necessary to make an informed diagnosis in your treatment and how you are doing.

Dr.Taboada is a kind and gentle doctor. He takes as much time with you as you need.

Dr. Taboada is a great oncology doctor. He is warm, caring, and always addressing my concerns.

Dr. Taboada may be the best provider I've ever had. He combines years of experience with compassion, never forgetting that his cancer patients' emotions run the gamut from sad to angry and everything in between. He never rushes through appointments and answers questions thoroughly. I've heard of other medical oncologists who think questions are a challenge to their expertise. Not so Dr. Taboada. He's a gem.

My husband and I have a long-term association with Dr. Tabauda. He has looked after us and guided us through many challenges. I love that he cares about his patients.

Dr. Taboada is a very compassionate person. He listens to you and family member has always given good advice. I like him very much.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! I love everyone at Texas Oncology. Dr. Taboada is so compassionate and patient. Oddly enough, I look forward to my 6 month check ups! Wonderful group of caretakers.

Dr Taboada is very thorough, explains your procedure, he's an amazing Doctor, listens, answers all your questions, caring and patient. I love his demeanor and he does have such a calming and reassuring voice. So glad my PCP recommend me to him.

The term “gifted” is too often bestowed on high performing doctors, but that is NOT the case with Carlos Taboada. A radiologist once proclaimed to me that a fellow MD surgeon, a time-tested role model, “should never be allowed to retire.” This phrase more aptly describes Dr Taboada in the field Oncology. My young daughter was diagnosed with a highly aggressive, very treatment-resistant Stage 4 cancer. Death was expected within two-three months. She has now survived over 10+ months due to Dr. Taboada's unrelented efforts. It was not just the analytically creative approaches that instilled confidence in my daughter in fighting the cancer, but his compassion and willingness to go to bat for my daughter at every turn…no exceptions. Hope and faith were always the mantra. A doctor from a Nationally renown cancer medical center reviewed his treatments in considering our daughter for available/anticipated clinical trials and stated he’s done “everything” we would have done, “and more.”

Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable , and explained every question patiently. And the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr Taboada for over 2 years. He was recommended to me by a respected surgeon that performed cancer surgery on me. Dr Taboada explains your proposed treatment plan and listens and incorporates your input into the final plan. I trust him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Taboada for three years. He is a kind and caring Dr. He explains things well and listens to your concerns. He is friendly and easy to talk to. His treatment plan for me continues to work.

I am impressed with Dr. Taboada bedside manners. I have been only seeing him for less than a year since Dr. Robert Kirby retired. He has a quiet and gentle spirit.

I have lived in Memphis, TN and Augusta, GA plus 10 other cities. In these various towns I have had surgery and major medical issues. No Dr. has provided the compassion and care plus skills that Dr. Taboada has provided for me. I have already praised his services to my family and friends. Every patient deserves a Dr. like Dr. Taboada when they are facing any illness.

The staff at Texas Oncology goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Dr. Taboada is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctors I have encountered. From the doctors, nurses, staff and pharmacy, I always feel like I am in good hands at Texas Oncology.

I would highly recommend Dr. Taboada to my family and friends. I am now a six (6) year breast cancer survivor. I still am on Anti-estrogen meds and get labs done every 6 months. He has been so supportable since day one when I was so scared. Thank you Dr. Taboada.

Dr. Taboada has been treating me for over two years now, and I am so pleased with his care. He is truly interested in how I am doing, and since my cancer is in remission, I'd say I'm doing fine, thanks to his care.

almost killed my mother. misdiagnosis and then almost gave her an overdose. misdiagnosed twice, actually. are you going to come see her? how are you going to fix that?

Diagnosis was quick and sometimes I've had doctors condescend to me despite my extensive medical record so it was refreshing and reassuring to be engaged in conversation as an equal, and as someone who knows their body. He's patient with his patients (you'll forgive the 'joke'), and thorough in explanation and making sure you're 100% comfortable with a procedure. Dr. Taboada helped my dad navigate his journey through metastatic renal cell carcinoma. We met him at Medical City Plano after my dad went through a surgery to remove a tumor encasing about a 1/4 of his spine. He was always honest, positive, kind and thorough. We had to switch oncologists due to location and increased frequency of infusions. Being able to compare the care of oncologists, Dr. Taboada truly hears the needs of patients and treats the quality of their life. Dr. Taboada is my oncologist. I have been a patient of his since being diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years ago. His caring and concern was evident in every visit I had. The compassion I received was so uplifting to me and made such a difference while I dealt with the breast cancer. I am so grateful to Dr. Taboada and his staff. They always made me feel so at ease during such difficult days.

Dr Taboada has been extremely knowledgeable in the treatment of my lymphoma, but more importantly, he is so calm and reassuring during what is an extremely frightening time. He really goes the extra mile to give you time without rushing you, answer your questions fully and honestly and give the most up to date information. All the staff and volunteers that I have had dealings with at Texas Oncology during the last two years of chemo', radiation, lab and scans were amazing...
