Dr Rivera was very compassionate and thorough. He told ample time explaining how we should proceed in treating my back pain.

This was a follow up, but Dr. Rivera has always been incredible. I am an overweight person who has generation in the spine, and while he acknowledges that weight loss is an important step, he doesn’t treat my weight as the primary concern like other doctors. He speaks TO me, not at me and genuinely makes you feel cared for.

It's always a pleasure and assurance to visit with Dr. Rivera. He's clear about possible problems and solutions that may be possible and the time frame. I wish all doctors were like him.

My time with doctor Rivera was pleasant and enjoyable he took the time to explain what might be happening with my lower back pain made sure I understood my options and what would be best to start my treatments with him, but unfortunately when I approached the front desk to check in the receptionist was rude and unprofessional to me, I asked her was this doctors River’s office she responded with sarcasm towards me I didn’t think my question was inappropriate or rude, one of the comments she made was that he only see appointments here, so I responded back saying ok then this is his office a black guy an employee jump up to defend her by pointing rudely for me to move over to next window to check in, no patient should have to tolerate this black woman attitude just to see the doctor when nothing was done wrong to her and no employer should allow there staff to insult there patients just because she can hope this can be settled before I return on my next visit, I was there on 07/16/21

I have been a patient of Dr. Rivera now for 7 years. He is very honest and will give his advise on what can best be done for treatment of pain. He has done numerous RFA and steriod injections on myself. He is very gentle and does not want his patients to hurt. I recommend him to anyone with back pain.
