Dr. Carlos A Obregon

I feel 100% confidence in Dr. Obregon. After a few years now in his care, I HIGHLY recommend him. He is soft spoken which may lead complainers to think that he doesn't care as much as he does. I think he even gets my sense of humor or tries to which is rare with the various doctors that I have encountered.

First time patient yesterday. Waited for 65 minutes before they put me in an exam room and then waited another 30 minutes before I decided to get up and walk out without ever seeing the doctor! Apparently from talking to other patients in the waiting room, this is common practice and I should expect to wait at least 1 1/2 hours each visit. Seriously, my Penn doctors don't make me wait more than ten minutes and this quack expects me to just sit there and wait for his highness?! Nope, never again. Staff is rude and unapologetic. Worst experience ever. His scheduler should be fired!

Dr Obregon is very careful to explain my health condition and explain my treatment. Staff is courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend this doctor.

My results for a sleep disorder was severe. The office did not take the time to explain the results until I explained that could not use the machine due to noise and face piece. The staff member then told me that my condition was severe. I should have been notified before trying to push a machine on me so they could get paid. When I called to inquire about my options;, I was told my a staff member named Nicole that there are NO options to the machine. This is is not a true statement.
