I’ve been coming to them ever since my daughter was a newborn. She’s 11 and I now have another newborn. I’m very comfortable with both, Dr.Melendez and Dr.Monica. They’ve been able to help me through the phone if it’s not necessary to come in. They always answer all of my questions. I’ve called several times as a walk in when it’s an emergency and they’ve been able to squeeze me in. The front staff has always been nice as well.

Amazing doctor very trustworthy, and I really love the staff, my son is almost 10 and Dr Melendez is his pediatrician since he’s 1yo.

I came here out of my three options of pediatrics I know as a child because the doctor was able to diagnose my brother with something that rarely happens to baby’s and he saved his life because it was an emergency, his appendix had irrupted. It’s an amazing place I had an issue with insurance and they allowed me to fix it. As well as they help you over the phone if they can. So I don’t understand why people are saying the front desk is rude… but i guess we all interpret things differently. They know who my baby is and he’s only a month. We went for our check up after the hospital because of jaundice and then in two weeks we went again for his blood to be drown. And he’s been having a problem throwing up the milk and like I said they helped me over the phone instead of me having to go in. I read a review of someone saying that they ditch your calls but if you try calling from a different number, they will pick up: so true! It has happened to me. I am not going to go into details but I can assure you that the care is NOT worth having to deal with a team of highly unprofessional people. I kept going until my second was about two months old, then I switched. But Dr. Melendez and his nurses were awesome ! Very friendly and explained everything to detail. I did have an issue or two with the front desk, the guy manager to be specific. But don’t let that discourage you from taking your kids to Dr. Melendez . I've been taking my children to Dr. Melendez for 4 years. I initially thought he was a great doctor and the staff was awesome too. But after seeing the way they have been treating my best friend (AFTER I recommended this clinic to her) I am appalled and embarrassed. She is seriously the sweetest and most innocent girl I know and because her ex caused problems in her life. The doctor in the clinic has been constantly judging her. I will be switching to a more professional office.
