Dr. Carlos Eduardo Loya Valencia

He is an amazing doctor. He is the first doctor I have ever trusted with my care for both physical and mental health. He actually listens and helps you with a plan and care rather than telling you, and if he is telling you, it’s for a reason but he explains and doesn’t leave you with questions. The best doctor I’ve known.

I had a very good TeleHealth appointment with Dr. Loya. He was very concerned, gave me good information and listened to my problems. This was my first meeting with this doctor and I'm very impressed with his demeanor and knowledge.

Dr. Loya Valencia takes time to listen, asks questions and is very thorough. The office staff is very professional and courteous.

I like that Dr. Loya takes the time to talk to you. I've seen him a couple of times and he has never made me feel like he's in a rush. Staff were courteous and professional. Slightly longer than expected wait to see the doctor, however Dr. Valencia has excellent bedside manner.

I came for an annual checkup and prescription renewal, but only had my prescriptions renewed. No checkup because I was told that when I came in seven months ago to have blood work done, the doctor coded it as a physical, even though I didn’t have a checkup; so I have to wait till next year for the checkup.

Fantastic! He addressed all of needs and scheduled a follow up visit for labs. He didn’t treat me like a broken veteran be treated like a person.

Focused on me as an individual addressed and explained my concerns , came up with an approach that hopefully resolves the problem followed up with phone call to give results and solution to another problem I am satisfied that I will be a patient there for a long time

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Loya-Valencia and staff. Staff is very professional and attentive. No long wait, I was seen promptly. Dr. is great he answered all my questions in no rush and still asked me if I had anymore. He explained thoroughly. I walked out more at ease and satisfied with his diagnosis. I hate going to awe the doctor but, Dr. Loya-Valencia made me feel very calm. He has a fantastic way about him. The staff is also very friendly and well prepared! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment!
