DR INCE IS THE BEST IN MY BOOK..HE'S BEEN MY CARDIOLOGIST FOR 22 YEARS..I TRUST HIM EXPLICITLY. Dr. Ince and the staff are professional, caring, and attentive. They are friendly and make their patients feel comfortable. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.

Dr. Ince is very thorough. He pays attention to his clients and gives us the best possible treatment there is to give. He’s been my Cardiologist for 13 years now and he’s right on point with my diagnosis. He is definitely a Keeper.

I was in hospital for an extended time with cardiac failure and Dr Ince saw me through that to a time of rehabilitation and release from hospitsl

Totally felt like I was being "blown off"..very disappointed in the treatment I got, or should I say, "didn't get"..tired of having meds pushed, instead of trying to figure out the problem..

Dr Ince is very very good at what he dose. Very caring and will not steer you wrong. Highly recommend ????

The staff and Dr Ince altered their schedule to see me when I was about to have a cardiac/ respiratory problem. Probably avoided hospitalization. I appreciate them today and always.

Understanding, compassionate, takes the time to discuss options.

I love this doctor and his assistant Juanita. They are caring, I never feel rushed and most importantly he looks at and listens carefully to my concerns AND addresses them. It’s the same with my PCP at St Agnes. I feel like overall their care has become better and with much more quality during these hard times in our world. Their jobs have become more stressful and yet they seem to be better caring people for it. Love Dr. Carlos Ince! And the St Agnes healthcare system. I love this doctor and his assistant Juanita. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, everyone was so pleasant. One of his assistants checked the schedule and I was able to have my test done the same day so I wouldn’t have to make another trip out to his office, I really appreciated that. It was my first time seeing Dr. Ince and he has such a calm demeanor that made me feel very comfortable. It’s always nice to meet a doctor who treats you like a person. Always takes time for a thorough exam and answers all questions. Puts me at ease every time. It’s obvious he cares about me as a person as well as a patient.

I have always left Dr. Ince with the feeling that I was “listened to.” He is very professional, very thorough and very kind. When he diagnosed my husband with a condition he was unable to treat Dr. Ince made sure he got the best at Hopkins. He has always made us feel reassured and comfortable leaving with all questions answered. My husband and I are grateful that Dr. Ince has followed us over many years with great care. He’s the best!

Never have to wait long when you arrive for your appointment. Everyone is so friendly and nice, Doctor Ince never rushes me he takes his time to listen to my problems and explains whatever I ask. I've never had a problem with anyone that come in contact with and highly recommend.

This guy is a great doctor and has been very helpful to me when I see him. Forget it between appointments. His secretary is his single point of failure. Good luck getting your Rx filled if you run out between appointments.

Very unprofessional. The office staff do not admit when they make a mistake and do not apologize for mistakes. I have never seen a doctor check the swelling of a person's ankle through a thick pair of boots. I also notice the doctor rolling his eyes as I was talking to him about my problem. The doctor bedside manner was little to none and I will not be going back to this practice again. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. After being a patient of Dr. Ince's for many, many years I decided to go to a cardiologist closer to my home and also since I live in Pasadena and am 71 years old I told his secretary, Deanna, that I would be going to another cardiologist. Since I have left on at least 4 occasions I have requested my medical records by phone and faxed letter and have yet to receive them. Pretty chi;dish behavior for a doctor.

Dr Ince, actually had me come in without a scheduled appointment once as soon as I called and expressed that I was in anothe Hospital and came up with the test and explained everything to me and the direction of my care and he was wonderful and helped me regain my confidence to go back to work and even wrote his reason for his thoughts of why to my job. I can't thank him enough and was very surprised to view three stars on here and I usually never respond to these inquiries. Jesse Davis

Does not listen to the concerns of those he cares for. Is not patients centered.

The doctor did not spend enough time listening to my issues. He rushed through my exam and appeared very impatient as I was explaining my situation. I also notice him rolling his eyes as I was talking. He did not get me to change in to a gown and began checking the swelling in my ankles with my boots on and had me take deep breaths with me wearing a thick sweater. He showed no interest in me as a patient. I will not be going back to this doctor. The staff was unprofessional too laughing/talking.
