Dr. Carlos Ermocilla

He has a rare quality for today's doctors. He takes the time to explain things. Because I understand my situation, I can make more intelligent decisions. Unfortunately, the office staff is itresponsible. They often don't answer phone calls or reply to voicemails.

Dr. Carlos Ermocilla is the kindness, most compassionate doctor that I've ever had. He honestly listens to me, and let's me have a say in my medical care. I tell my friends and family that if they come to Vegas, and need a doctor , that I'm taking them straight to him. I trust Dr. Carlos Ermocilla with my life, because I know that he'll go beyond out of his way to take care of me.

He is an excellent doctor and I had him when he was with another Care unit and he went out in his own and now I'm going back to him.

I called Dr Ermocilla 4 times and was put on hold by the operator 37 min, 19 min, 22 min and 9 min. I hung up after waiting so long. The operator never picked up. On the 5th time esmeralda picked up and was able to assist. First time going to the new location. If this is any indication what I’ll be going through every time I call, it’s time to switch Doctors. I love Dr Ermocilla.he is one of best the doctor in Nevada.he gives enough time to his patients.listen and explain everything very nicely.i wish his all success.God bless him.

Dr. Ermocilla is the best doctor in Las Vegas. In fact he the best doctor I’ve seen since my childhood. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain things to his patients.

Dr. treats my mom with great respect. He is always very polite and courteous. We definitely recommend Dr. Carlos Ermocilla.

Dr Ermocilla is great and cares for his patients. I’m was saddened when I was told I could no longer see him due to they’re no longer contracted with my insurance SHL So if your going to make an appointment make sure they take your insurance .. Good Luck to him and Favi.

He is very knowledgeable and very patient. He listens to everything I say. Happy with Dr Ermocilla and Caremore.

I would highly recommend Dr Ermocilla. He's probably the best doctor I have seen in over 20 years. He's so smart medically and he makes sure he covers all your medical needs. His staff is good as. Well and on top of things just like Dr Ermocilla. I just hope others see his wonderful abilities as well. He has found things medically that only I knew and he brought to my attention which is rare for a doctor to do or know.

Great doctor. Very knowledgeable. I love almost everything about this office except for one of their staffs. Her name is Jennifer and she is very rude.

The doctor saw both my wife and myself at Urgent Care Extra, and saw us both at the same time. He gave us both the same diagnosis ( sinusitis ) and prognosis, even though we had differing symptoms. My wife actually had pneumonia and suffered needlessly for days because of the misdiagnosis. When we went back, after another doctor at the same facility got it right, he was belligerent and attempted to blame us for not diagnosing her condition! I would NOT recommend him for any medical help!
