Treat me very well and health care is excellent.

Very disappointing. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I think the other two one star reviews can back my claim.

One star is too much to rate this doctor and his staff. They are rude, unhelpful, the doctor's "care" is beyond deplorable, and I would not recommend this doctor to take care of a corpse. Which is what my parents would be if I continued to let these people "practice" medicine on them. DON'T RISK THIS DOCTOR!!!

Dr Chang and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and funny. I have been seeing him for quite some time. When my husband was ill he was very compassionate.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Chang for about 14 years. He is knowledgeable and caring. He also is personable and has a good sense of humor. Whenever we have been hospitalized, Dr Chang has been available and very helpful. I see other reviews critical of wait time and staff. That has improved over the years. The wait time is normal, and the staff is efficient and caring . The office atmosphere is very pleasant. We have been very pleased with Dr Chang as our primary care provider. The care he is giving my parents is close to neglect. He does not address their health issues. He has done NOTHING to help them in any way this man should not be practicing medicine.

Questionable referrals and diagnoses

Dr Chang is very knowledgeable, experienced, and empathetic with me. Complaints I read such as waiting time, use of computers, are due to government and insurance requirements for documentation. He has no control over those items. Unfortunately lots of us don’t realize that and think it’s their doctors fault. I have been to many doctors and I must say I feel safe knowing my life is in his hands.

He is by far one of the most thorough physicians I have ever had. He is kind, caring and goes over everything. The wait is terrible, but because he genuinely goes over everything, takes his time and makes sure to miss nothing, I like him. I don't feel like an assembly line.

Dr. Chang is a wonderful doctor. He works with you to resolve your medical issues. He is personable and intelligent. He resolved my medical issues and saved my life.

Beware...this "practitioner" can't be bothered. In fact...he has two separate office visit fees...one is higher if you ask him questions and a lower one if you sit and listen. Does his record updates while you sit there...your time isn't of value to him. Wait times are outrageous and then you answer a few questions...he updates your file while you sit...quietly...and then he releases you.
