Excellent Doctor - Listen to patient and provide feedback on all questions asked.

Professional and kind. The office has a exceptional flow from intake till the patient is discharge

Dr. Baez is very professional, and is the best doctor i've ever had. He is very patient, kind, takes the time to listen to ensure the best care for you. He makes me feel heard, because he really does try his best to give you the best medical advice he can and goes above and beyond to make sure he does. Highly recommend him for anyone

Dr Baez is a great doctor. My husband and I both are patients of his, for years now. He listens to our concerns and makes us feel like he truly cares and answers any questions we may have. He recommends and follows through on referrals.

I am very picky when it comes to my health. I finally found a great doctor and staff who are professional, listens, cares and really want to help you. I've had doctors who don't even read your chart and act like your wasting their time.

Dr. Baez is a great doctor. He takes time to listen to his patients. I love my Doctor!

Dr Baez is the best Dr I ever had .He takes his time to explain everything and listens to your medical needs .I would recommend Dr Baez to all and he is the best of best .He is been my Dr more than 10 years .I give him 5 star

More than a 6 week wait to get my school required documents done and no walk -ins.

Extremely informative, caring and knowledgeble. He has been my doctor for the last three years, his nurse is the friendliest person in the world. I really enjoy making my doctor visits with them. The only bad thing is their appointments are always taken (Good problem to have), speaks very highly of how well he is like by his patients. Thank you Dr Baez

This is my second visit to see Dr Baez and I am very impressed. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The nurse who met with me was friendly, cheerful and professional. Dr. Baez is an outstanding doctor. He really cares about his patients and is very thorough. I can honestly say that Dr. Baez is one of the best doctors that I have ever met.

After our medical insurance forced us to leave a long time family doctor we were with previously, we were very concerned and didn't believe we would find another like him but gratefully we were introduced to Dr Baez. Dr Baez has been our family doctor for several years now and we are all extremely pleased with the professional care and personal attention provided both by Dr Baez and staff at Pomona Medical Center in Chino Hills. I'd recommend them any day and worth taking this survey to share.
