Dr. Carleton Thomas Vangsness JR.

I was previously sent to Dr. Vangness for a QME. Once the report was signed and sent to insurance and myself, I realized he did not listen to anything I said. He lied on his report stating that I did not speak English (the only language I speak) and other information that was BLATENTLY incorrect based on my demographics and marital status. If you are a lawyer sending your client to a QME, do not send them here. He does not listen nor read the doctor's notes and lies on documentation.

I have been Dr. Vangsness patient since 2013. He did arthroscopic surgery on my left knee and now is taking care of my right knee with meniscus tear. He is a premier orthopedic surgeon and professor, professional, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Vangsness takes time to listen to you and explain in details any question you might have. I highly recommend him. I love his book on Overcoming Arthritis. His staff is exceptional especially Fatima and Maribel.

Dr. Vangsness grants a patient an enormous amount of time during an appointment. He will answer questions or concerns thoroughly. He is conservative with treatment. He is innovative. I have returned to him after 10 plus years. He provides a patient the care they expect from a physician. I have the same confidence in Dr. Vangsness as I did years ago. Dr. Vangsness and his staff receive the 5 star rating from me.

Wonderful Dr. he is very caring and I really trust his expertise. He also saved my life when I had an internal hemorrhage after having a liver biopsy (nothing he had to do with) was able to see me as emergency appt. thinking it was a shoulder problem and he immediately diagnosed me and admitted me into the hospital. Additionally he did a partial knee replacement and gave me a new outlook in life. Thank you Dr! forever thankful trust you so much that he is even treating my son
