The Doctors I liked but the staff filling the refills are not very good. I called in plenty of time for refills and did not get them before I ran out. There was a problem they did not bother to tell me about so the order was not even placed.

This doctors office is the worst doctors office I have ever went to. I am not sure why I have stuck with them for so many years because the level of service has dwindled. You wait hours just to be seen for them to tell you “everything is good”. They charge your insurance out the ying yang for a 10 minute session with the PA or NP. They continuously try and send you “bills that you owe” when you 1) already paid in office or 2) when they try and say the insurance doesn’t cover the co-pay when you’ve proved to them multiple times that the insurance states I don’t have a co-pay. If you like being sent random bills throughout the year stating you owe money, then this DR office is for you. Not to mention when I needed my vaccination records (literally a sheet they fill out) to start graduate school, dr Wilson refused to give them to me unless I came in and paid for a wellness check up. WHO DOESN'T ACCEPT SELF PAY IN FULL, DON'T GO HERE. NO HELP AT ALL, NO GOOD. NO STARS

I was just there today with the Covid vaccine form from the Florida health department for dr willson to fill out so i could get the shot i was told that they will not fill anything out for such a thing not very personal of them it only would have taken two seconds out of their time

I liked Dr Wilson, however the support staff leaves much to be desired. When going for blood work I called on two occasions requesting if two tests could be added. Never received any feedback and of course the requested test were not added to the orders. In August I received a call asking if I would take a at home colon screen, of course agreed. Indicated they would send thd test tk mh home. It two weeks later after it never arrived, I called to inquire. They claimed they had sent it but send another. 4 weeks later still no test kit showed up. Others I know have indicated similar experiences where the support staff fails to follow through on orders for test, etc. Unfortunately, as a result of my experiences, I can not recommend IMP because of the support staff. This medical facility has only PAs or NPs to do all the treatment as Dr Wilson is not available, ever! Everytime I make an appointment to see a Doctor, I get a NP or a PA, no MD, or I'm told that the MD has openings 2 months off. That's how your medical needs are met here. And, if you insist on a doctor only, you are referred to the local hospitals emergency room, knowing you don't have an emergency. I'm so messed up. They took off a med and now I'm so not me I dont want to be around no one and want to sleep all day. I've lost my ambition to do things and they want to do a virtual call and charge me. I pay my phone bill so I guess I can charge them. Not like anything being done to help me. Instead I sleep and cry cause of this.

Oldest is 8 this year been going here since she was a baby and both my younger girls go here too. Awesome staff & very helpful.

My first visit was this past Friday. I came in after being told by another doctor that I had a bug bite or twisted my foot. After seeing Tracy the NP she sent me for an ultrasound where they found a DVT. Dr. Wilson followed up with me today. I am not only grateful for the excellent care but am very impressed with this office. I have been searching for a PCP for over a year that compared to my PCP back home. I finally found one. I have been seeing Dr Wilson’s office for about 3-4 years. I have many medical challenges. I have seen Dr. Wilson once the rest of the time I saw arnp’s who as a retired nurse I applaud the for going on for more education. The office visits are more like social time. Many if not all my issues have been ignored, I would ask a question and I was told it’s stable and they would let me know if there is more to be done. My psychiatrist saw I was depressed and was cycling into mania she saw me over the computer. I had been seen the day before by dr Wilson’s office. The office people are horrible at best they would make appointments and not let me know. I turned in my medical history for the past 10 years I doubt they read it. I just was discharged from the hospital and one of my conditions were not mentioned in her report and I had to show the last 2 blood tests and was petrified. I will be getting a new Dr and I mean board certified and the history will be reviewed be aware

It has many years since I lived in the area and used Dr. Wilson as my Primary Care physician. However I want to leave my two cents here to tell others what I think about her and her practice. She is a fine doctor and very knowledgeable in providing the proper care for her patients. She is the jewel I regretted leaving behind when I left the state. I never found her waiting room to be less than tidy and clean. I was always seen timely and she always spent time with me when I had medical problems and I was always happy with my treatments and the results. In addition, she had a fantastic staff. One of the N.P.s sent me to the hospital after diagnosing an internal problem that could have been fatal.

NOT ONLY IS NOT VERY NICE TO HEAR ALL THE OPTIONS AND MESSAGES WHEN CALLING BUT THAT LOUD NOISE !!!!! SUPPOST TO BE BACKGROUND MUSIC?

I love my doctor but can never get ahold of anyone and it takes forever to get a call back. The front desk staff is clueless and rude.

The doctors are very patient. My mom is seen here and they take great care of her and my 5 year old son is also seen by them. They are very nice and get you in quick.

I have been taking my son there since 2013 when we moved here. She was very good at first and then when my son was having mental health issues she tried to Baker act him and refused meds to help instead. My son is 9 yrs old with serious medical issues. And trying to even get a call back is impossible. My son is now to traumatized to even go there anymore because of dr. Wilson so we are now looking for another pediatrician. The staff is great and the pa's are great but they have to do what she says which is wrong I have been taking my son there since 2013 when we moved here. My visit was exceptionally great, staff was friendly and the office very clean.

A doctor that listen to his or her patient, I believe is very vital. Dr. Wilson meets my family needs.

I had the opportunity to visit Dr Wilson’s practice, and was very impressed. She acutely sit and asked questions, listened to my question also, was pretty refreshing. I hope they will be more doctors Wilson’s out there. Keep up the good job!!!!!

I love Dr. Wilson. I have never had a problem with her as a doctor. I don't personally care to see nurse practitioner s, never really had great experiences with them. But Dr Wilson is hands down a good listener and cares for you.

Dr. Wilson is an excellent doctor. She listens, asks and knows. Her staff is also very well organized and informative and helpful. I have recommended her and know I am right in doing so.

I would certainly recommend Dr wilson because she's a family person, very empathetic and knows her stuff.

Dr Wilson is the most caring dr and the staff goes above and beyond their call of duty all so caring I was so incredibly sick one time instead of sending me to the er her and her staff took care of me in the office gave me an iv and I was cold so dr Wilson went to her car and go me a blanket to use ...who else does that

Overall l like the doctor and her staff, v they go out of their way to accommodate you. They have good customer service. The Staff in the lab is shop warm and caring. I Would recommend this office to anyone.

For so long I have been searching for a good doctor, now I can say I found one. She is remarkable, a good caring listener . I waited a very long to get an appointment to meet with her but it was worth it. Dr. Wilson will be my doctor from now on. I also like her office and the staff; they are all very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work doc!

If you are looking for a good doctor, dr. Wilson is one of the best in town. I am so comfortable whenever I meet with her. She makes you feel like a person, she listens to you story and encourage you to do the right things; changing lifestyle and things like that. I love her!

I love going to see Dr. Wilson because she makes me feel like a person, she listens to my concerns and reason with me. She does not push drugs on me, she talks to me, she does not rush me when I am talking but show that she cares. I am feeling so much better since my last visit with her. I love Dr. Wilson, she is always good with me. I saw one of her other providers and I was not happy. She is such a caring doctor who listen and reason with me, help me to understand my condition. She even talk to me about my eating habit, how important it is and I am feeling so much better since my last visit.

I'm so upset with Dr Wilson . She is incompetent and doesn't seem to care about her patients.

Do not take your kids here. They schedule appointments with providers who are not trained to treat children. Waited over 2 hrs to be seen. Nurses are not professional and front staff is clueless.

I read somewhere that she officially reprimanded at some point regarding a depression issue in a patient; all she seemed to "get" when I went to her was that I was teary-eyed at having to move from my home in Pa down to Florida, necessitating the search for a new primary care and pain management doctor. She immediately prescribed Cymbalta, upped my BP med (tho I told her I had a kidney stone, BP might be expected to be elevated), and referred me to a pain management doctor who would not prescribe the medications I'd been taking for 3 years. Then, she never even sent the prescriptions she ordered to my pharmacy until I called 3 times - 6 days after the initial appointment. When I asked for a referral to another pain mgmt doctor, I was given the name of another one who would not prescribe the meds I've been taking for several years. Her staff suggested I call my insurance company for referrals (my insurance is out of PA), or "just search for local doctors". Friendly staff

Nice people!

The practice is efficiently run with experienced ARNP's and well trained staff.

The staff is amazing! In this office, your input is expected. Very attentive and explanatory.

I love going to IMP Wellness Center, the staff there is so friendly. Dr. Wilson is such a calm and patient doctor, she allows you to talk and she listens with empathy. I dont regret waiting the two years to see her. When say doctor has bedside manners, I think she has a lot. I am happy where I'm, and I am not going no where.

Dr. Wilson is a Dr. Who is interested in you and your health. She takes the time with you if you have any questions.

We love this office. They are great at getting you scheduled and working with you on scheduling. That's very important to me with three kids. So far we have had nothing but great experiences here.

It took 6 weeks to get an appt., I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Her exam consisted of her aggressively confronting me about my reluctance to get a DPT and listening to my heart and lungs for a moment. She seemed unfriendly and humorless. I DID not like her. The staff seemed a little unprofessional.

Can be difficult to reach. Has medical assistants call back with test results that don't even know how to pronounce results let alone answer any of your questions. Overall, I would say she is average and what you can expect today in the medical field.
