The visit went well. The waiting was a bit long before I was seen.

I was thankful for telemed visit since I had home-tested positive for COVID and did not want to risk exposing others.

I moved away for almost 2 years and when I moved back they were awesome and worked me back in as a patient without missing a beat!

As with my first experience this second time was quick I’m and out which was nice because I was called in during work. Awesome medical crew

Dr Branch is excellent! Takes time with me, answers questions & efficient. I would not consider any other physician for primary care.

I love the way they get you in and out. They don’t have you waiting all day in the lobby or staring at the boring walls in the waiting room. Some “Doctors” act as if your time “the patient “isn’t valuable, or isn’t important. I think the patients should start charging the Doctors for waiting. Anything over 15 minutes.????????

Dr branch is very quick to respond to your needs. Worked quickly to get a vitamin d test for me. I definitely recommend her as your family physician.

I’ve been going to Dr Branch and this office for many years now. I’ve had nothing but great service from them. The office staff is always nice as can be and they are very efficient at getting things done. I have always been able to use my lunch break for my visits because that’s how quick they are. It’s like one big family there. Dr Branch is just a very genuine person. I would recommend them to anybody. It will be the best choice you could make or it has been for me. Dr. Branch is an excellent doctor. Very thorough and actually listens to what you say about what is going on healthwise. The nurses are efficient and give great shots!

I've been with Dr. Branch since the day I moved here. She is the best of the best!!! She's caring & compassionate, as well as knowledgeable. I am an extremely difficult patient due to.allergirs to meds and numerous health issues and she's been amazing!!

Wait was reasonable for new patient. Nurse was EXTREMELY sweet. Dr Branch, first gp I've been to in years, was kind and she LISTENED. Lady doing the blood draw was stellar. Whole experience was great, wont hesitate to come back if I need to again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Branch for several years. I have always found her to be thorough and helpful. However, since they changed their name, the most noticable change is with their phone system. It is almost impossible to reach a secretary via the phone. You call, go through about 5 minutes of prerecorded info, before you are given the option to select a number. Don't bother to think about pressing zero, as it doesn't work. And then, when you finally get to make your selection, the recording says you are whatever number in line. Another five minutes or so you wait. Then it finally tells you that you are next in line. You wait another couple of minutes, only to be told, after all that waiting, to leave a name and number and someone will call you back. They called back the next day. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be changed. My time is important, too. I have been a patient of Dr. Branch for several years. I have always found her to be thorough and helpful. Dr Branch has been my wife's doctor for years and she was very happy with Dr Branch. After observing their relationship I asked Dr Branch of she would accept me as her patient too, she said yes and now she has been my doctor for several years and I am very comfortable with her and I have a lot of confidence in her.

Undering, and attentive sound concerned about my problem. My sinus drainage and veritgo is so much better.
