Dr. Carl Walter Schulter

He built a prosthesis that pops out every time I eat. After a year of dealing with him I was told I would have to 'deal with it'. He did say that the would fix the problem if I paid for it, another $5000 after the 12,0000 I had already paid! Not a very good experience!

I went there to have a crown fitted in Dec (I think). and when my dentist installed it, I noticed immediately that the thing was huge, a lot whiter than my other teeth, really annoying and it effected the way I spoke, because of the size. I complained enough to my dentist and they contacted his office. I went back to his office and he removed it and after that told me that he wasn't going to do anything else without charging me again. I thought that was poor customer service and I wont deal with him again. His office fitted me with a crown that was too big, too white and effected my speech and his answer was to remove it and wash his hands of the situation.

I've been a patient of Dr. Schuster for over 30 years. Thanks to him, I have a healthy mouth. I had an accident in 2012 and severely damaged my teeth. He had me come in immediately to assess the damage and worked through his lunch break to start repairing the mess. I ended up with several implants. One family member has told me they look more natural than my real teeth did. I am thankful for Dr. Schuster and his staff! They are excellent in the field of pprosthetic dentistry. I have total faith in them!

I went to Dr. Schulter for a consult for the all on 4 procedure. When I checked out they wanted $185 for the exam. I told them that my insurance would pay a portion of it. They said they would have the insurance send the check to me. I told them the insurance company would not do that so they said they would refund me the amount insurance paid. I received a notice from my insurance that they had paid them $77. Do you think they ever refunded me a penny? NO!
