Whenever you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and you immediately feel welcome. They make you feel like family there. I had braces for 2 1/2 years and I looked forward to every appointment because no matter the day they were having, they would always ask how you’re doing. 1st class business with some of the kindest and most sincere people I've ever met. Happy to have met them all. Looking forward to seeing them in a couple of years with braces on child #2! Thank you Dr. Russell.

These people are like family. Take your kids there and the treatment is professional and friendly. Kids feel right at home.

Dr. Russell took care of all 3 of our kids and this is the way all medical practices should be.

Amazing!!!! Love Dr. Russell and the entire staff! Always looked forward to going in to see them. Great and thorough orthodontist. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Tammy is wonderful! My son asks to go see her...he loves to go to the dentist. The staff is great. Jenny is super kind. Great place.

Having three grandchildren receiving braces from Dr. Carl and one grandchild seen several times by Dr. Tammy, I feel very comfortable in highly recommending the doctors and their kind staff at Hickory Flat Orthodontics. They are ALL so kind and so generous and so professional. Never have I been in an office where the children and the family are treated with such kindness and such excellent dental care. They all go above and beyond what is normally found in a medical office. Our area is blessed to have them. Our family is blessed to be under their care. My wife and three of my daughters went through this office and the experience was terrible. The dentist was more interested in flirting with his assistant that his patient incessantly chattering about subjects unrelated to the visit. He was rough in his manner and I would not recommend him!
